We slice the sweet baby peppers and serve them raw over Shawarma chicken. Delicious!
For gluten free frozen potatoes we have found that Ore Ida is one of the few that say gluten free. While others may not list gluten ingredients they can be cross contaminated. Also if you have been using your grain mill it may not be safe for Layla another cross contamination. Check your bread maker besides a very through cleaning does it have a gluten free option. Gluten free bread does not need the cycles to raise so the regular bread cycle does not work. The learning never ends. Keep Layla's bread in the freezer. Take slices out as needed.
My 15 yr old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac a few months ago. It’s definitely a struggle some days figuring out what she can eat. The pancake mix and brownie mix from Aldi are a go-to for us since gluten free can be really expensive. The great value gluten free pancake mix is also great.

My little guy about the same age as sweet Layla is also allergic to several things in everyday food. It's hard for sure. He also can't have banana, grapes, or soy, in addition to the wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, corn. I will say rice milk is a good alternative it's similar to skim in constancy. Hope you guys find some foods she'll love. Hope she grows out of some as well.
I learned that there is gluten in really odd places since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Fortunately there is a lot of great info for gluten free and other allergies/ intolerance cooking. You are going to do great! Just need to give yourself some grace during the learning curb. You got this! 😀

Poor Layla! I hope she likes the things you got her!. How terrible to be that restricted on food! Maybe it's something that she will grow out of..prayers!
I just read where any cheese aged over 2 months like parmesan are lactose free... you might want to check that out for the kids
Something I learned when becoming gluten free, many condiments/sauces may contain gluten. Worcestershire sauce, is one that surprised me. I do live in Canada, so it may be different in the US .
My Aldi's sells Gluten Free Pizza Dough. Just thought I would let you know. 👍🙏😋
Hey Tiffany, I been making my own salsa lately. 1 can of diced tomato, 1 can stewed tomato , pulse it in a blender for few seconds, depending on how chunky you want it .
Then add chopped onion, fresh cilantro, green chile, dash of garlic salt , a few red pepper flakes and a splash of lime juice . Optional items I use sometimes is a can of Rotel , black olives , jalapeño. I put it in Mason and put it the fridge. I got lazy a bought store brand for a while.Only takes a few minutes. I forgot how fresh and tasty it is .

I wonder if there is something going on with the onions. The onions here in Southern California at any store have been absolutely disgusting. Soo sorry you are dealing with the food issues. It’s really hard because they know they can charge you more for things without certain ingredients and they know you have to buy them when you or a family member can’t have certain things. Praying the issue is resolved soon and you can get more things back into her diet. Best of luck always. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can’t have dairy when pregnant makes me sick and violife is the best brand I’ve tried.
Several years ago, I had gut issues, did elimination diet. Turns out I am sensitive to wheat, milk, high fiber items but thankfully I can use Sourdough safely and tolerate flour tortilla ok. I avoid anything 100%whole wheat. Hope this helps
I bought the egg life wraps and they are delicious ! If Layla can have them I think she would like for tacos, peanut butter and jelly or whatever . I found them at Walmart where the eggbeaters are . Great haul . Have a great time with your mom and be safe . Thank you ! 🌸🛒🌸

I've never heard of anyone not being able to have oranges. Poor little Layla. It can be so frustrating as mommas when we just want to do whatever we can to help our babies and sometimes it takes time to figure it out. I've been there. You are doing everything you can and I'm sure you will have this under control in no time. Great job momma!! Your cats are so cute. Ember cracks me up! Did the gray cat get a name besides Kitty? If it did I think I missed it. I have 2 littles who won't eat like any vegetables so I still buy baby food pouches and keep them in the fridge for snacks or part of lunches to get in those extra vitamins and nutrients. To me it's just like having applesauce but it has veggies mixed in. Thought it might be worth a try if you need to be able to get more veggies in her diet. Thanks for sharing this haul. That’s the pancake mix we use and love it. We love that cake mix, brownies, they also have a cornbread and biscuit mix. So good. But I find they don’t always have them in stock boo. Once in a while they will have dairy free yogurt to.
Those cookies are the best to. They also have chicken pieces that are little hunks.
They do have a gluten free pizza dough in the fridge case but they are seasonal.

I buy stuff in bulk at Costco for our food allergies.
Those sweet potato fries at my Walmart have gluten/wheat added so you might check that.
Betty Crocker makes an oat flour brownie mix called Oatastic as well as just a gluten free mix. Both are great!! If she can have oats, oat flour is a good alternative too. There is a crusteaz cin coffee cake/ muffin mix that is great that is gluten free too. It actually has sorghum flour. Very tastey

We are a gluten free family as 3 members of my family have celiac disease. Schar is a favorite brand in our home and jovial pasta is also really good.

Some gluten-free foods aren't great but I've been gluten-free for almost 3 years after finding out I have Celiac disease. They do have a variety of options so that it's not that bad. Caulipower pizza is pretty good. I hope this helps. 😊😉
Asking for information as I'm uneducated even after looking it up on Google 🙃 We have 3 kids, the oldest is allergic to penicillin mildly like I am and the other two are allergic to aloe mildly like their dad. But otherwise none of us are allergic to foods or all kinds of things. Though his side of the family are allergic to a lot 🙃 I guess my question is how do some kids/people just A. Get allergies out of no where even if they are older? And B. Have so many allergies? Like what causes them to randomly not be able to eat something that they've had no problem with before? I know if the baby is 2 or under and are given certain things they can get allergic to it possibly but for older kids and adults?🤔

I was obsessed with coffee creamers in my cold brew coffee until my doctor brung it to my attention I need to STOP using coffee creamers because they are pure OIL.. NOT GOOD FOR U AT ALL!!!😧SO now I desperately trying to find a alternative which hasnt been easy because International and Cofeemate where my favorite go to creamers!! Just a little FYI..😊

My husband is diabetic…. The sugar free, low carb etc options are SO much more expensive. Like they want you unhealthy
No gluten, no soy, no sesame, no fish, no shellfish for us. We are also possibly going to have to remove corn & dairy. Eating is so over complicated now, and triple the price.

Tiffany, when did you switch your channel? No wonder i cant find you. You dont show up on my feed no more. Here i thought you were not doing utube no more. I have missed MUCH, i knew Ashlyn had tummy issues before. But, i did not know Wilder did and obviously poor Layla last i knew she was begining to have issues, now it appears you are full blown issues. I believe it was just dairy last i heard. I am so Sorry, obviously you are going to do and try anything. But, as a school lunch lady and a summer program lunch lady we have so many kids with different allergies. And i know how expensive those foods are just a loaf of bread alone is a small firtune. It has to be so frustrating and a lot of homework and label reading. I pray it gets better for your stand point as a Momma who loves her children and try to make her foods close to what your having without the other chidren as well feeling like they are being left out. YOU GOT THIS,🙏
