The shine because of the light reflected in Bradley's sword, could be more than "luck" in the scene context.Just after Bradley finished his monologue about how scar had to thinked in some point of the civil war that "God (Ishvala) donsen't exist." The light of the sun reflects in the sword, and gives to Scar an advantage.
The sun, for some characters in Fmab is a correlative for God. So, in a way, that little phenomenom of "Lucky" is God, Ishvala, telling Scar: "I'm here with you, i'm guarding you even if you use alchemy (remember that alchemy is considered a perversity in Ishvalan believes). And even if others judge you (Bradley was accusing scar of hypocrite during the battle) i will not."
The scene is gorgeous. Perfect for the end of Wrath and the reborn of Scar.

One great thing among every other great thing in FMAB is that they use pre-established concepts and scenes really well for allowing characters to win against impossible odds. For example, Kimblee's experience with philosopher stones and his own views on battle and superiority undermine Pride's efforts. Kimblee sees Pride as weak and hypocritical in the end, as Pride was always quick to assert his superiority over humans and even other homonculi, but would stoop so low to inhabit a human body to survive. And since Kimblee is used to the power of the philosopher stones and is shown to have mastery over them, controlling Pride is like Greed controlling Ling's body. I'd say that, as powerful as Greedling is, I can imagine Kimblee and Greed would be more powerful together or that Kimblee would have no trouble at all with Greed's abilities.
