I learned from a friends experience, NEVER BUY A HOME next to a golf course or if the home is located in this type of setting for Obvious reasons! (BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and do not mind ) My friends dad was hit by a golf ball in the face/ cheek just sitting in his backyard reading! He could have been killed if it had hit him in the "temple". They constantly had golf balls in their yard and in the pool. Even during BBQ's were dangerous, LOL. (they did not have netting like some places, plus that wrecks your view!) They moved shortly after.
I love the double doors to the master bedroom. I love the bedrooms being in the front. Yes that shower needs to be a little big, I don’t have much clothes so we can use some of the closet space for the shower, lol. I need a double wall oven. As long as my master bedroom and kitchen are big enough and good, I’m good! No one will be in my house like that so everything else is doable, lol. I need a white kitchen. That fridge gotta go, lol. I need a bottom freezer fridge. I need gas too!
Hello Tyler, What a nice home.....I would only make a few changes or upgrades....as for flooring I think I'd go with all tile throughout or very little carpet in bedrooms. Love how it's decorated. I agree about the master shower glass being closer to edge of tub to give you room for hair products...kitchen looks pretty good with enough storage and decent pantry.... The price sure is affordable. Yes, need a sink in laundry room and two vanities in shared bathroom. I think I'd prefer the larger sink in kitchen vs split sides. Love the makeup area of vanity in master bathroom. Great idea....looks very quiet around golf course today....lol...have a great day and thanks for posting another interesting video....
Hi Montana! I know!! There are a few communities throughout the valley that have single stories that start in the high 200s. I’m hoping to film them here soon.
And now they're having the HOA take over the golf course and the grill-room there which are both losing money every year. So now the HOA is going to go up to support the 2 businesses . So we'll get fucked paying for the grill room and the golfing and not be able use them for free and HOA will go up and support a busy two businesses that are failing ....THEY ARE NOT SELF- SUSTAINING..... think about it 🤔
I would be interested in buying one of those homes. However, paying for an H O A it’s not an option for me. I will not pay an HOA to have somebody take my money that I pay into it and go to Vegas and blow it.😊
If a contractor is using composite shower/tub surrounds then I question everything with the home they just built. Even the bathroom and kitchen cabinets are cheap. Really a big disappointment!

Pahrump is about 50 miles northwest of the strip. It’s a smaller town with about 50k in population.
Drugs and homeless everywhere. It socks for a small town. Can't absorb like big cities, its all out in open. At least in Vegas their more hidden
