I own a house. I actually own a Lennar Next Gen home in Arizona. I love it! My college daughter lives in the Next Gen and I always tell her exactly what you say in your videos “I would have loved to live in this area when I was in college!”

"Son-in-law suite" lol! IDK who'd hate it more, him or his MIL! 🤣 I'd totally make that loft niche a refreshment center with a beve fridge! The primary bath, I like that it's wide and open so, I'm good. At least the shower has a LEGIT soap niche, that's a site for sore eyes! LOVE the Next Gen suite, it's pretty spacious! Phone jack in the kitchen, do we still use landlines? haha! We own a home in the Bay Area and in Vegas where we live part-time. We're hoping to buy another house in Vegas this year. 🤞🏽🍀

I rent my home. This model by Lennar has an awesome layout. Enough space and room for all. I am all for the Next-Gen's! It really gives the mother in law, parents or in-laws or even older children to be close but have their own privacy. I would prefer in the Next-Gen Suite a a small rectangular table, 2 chairs either on the side or fit under would have better than the round table. With the rectangular table could fit on the flat wall across from that small plant. Plant doesn't need to be there. Lol! Great home tour Tyler!! 🌞
I very happy with this one. This is my favorite 😍 one. Love everything especially the room sizes. I have preteens and they are big.
I live with family so I do not rent nor own. I am looking to relocate from California to Las Vegas. Great videos. Also, I like the seating area next to the main living room! 😊

Great video! Renting in Reno, but looking to buy a next-gen this year. This house checks all of the boxes for our family. The only complaint is the master is under-sized. We need more next-gen inventory in Northern NV.
Own in korea last 20yrs after military. Gonna relocate to Vegas. Nextgen rocks. Multipurpose usage. Will be in Vegas March to look at this.

Very impressive next gen. The living space and kitchenette has the most room I've seen compared to others. Great to have the washer and dryer in there too. Yes, a zero threshold shower would be perfect..
My only gripe is the stairs at entry....could the stair railing be open up in the loft area? Great size bedrooms and I like how the toilet is not visible. Shower enclosures are always better and much less water on the floor. Huge laundry room and really just needs a sink. Love the balconies. Only thing in master bathroom I would like is a real tiled up shower. Yay, medicine cabinets. ...
Kitchen and living area very nice. I was wondering why the builder didn't add some color to the back splash. Love all the cabinets and long countertop. I would still like to see another oven and omit the built in microwave. A microwave on the counter doesn't bother me. The built in one's usually stop working within a year and need to be replaced especially if they are GE brand. This is a very nice floorplan but in the future I could me self in a single story home. I'm not familiar with this area. I do have a friend who lives by the DMV and they have been there for over 20 years and have many changes to the area. Thanks for another great tour Tyler.....
This is a very nice house! I would love a little less balcony and a little more room, but I absolutely love that closet and the separate tub and shower. Love the storage space! We're renting and hoping to buy within the next year!

I don't know about North Las Vegas but anyplace other than the sky rocketing rent in California. Especially if you're in LA county. I left in December of 2020.

I took a drive by these. Had to get some things at costco on Decatur. Man this whole area is developing fast, much faster than the villages at tule springs. I ended up at aliente parkway.
I knew the balcony would be locked. Lennar locks balconies.
This next gen I thought was well positioned. But, I'm still not a fan of next gens. I'd rather had seen a flex space. It would make a great home theater and game room, or with that side entrance, a groovy office.

Hi Linh thanks! Glad to hear you are enjoying to videos!! For a new home the property tax is 1% of the sales price after that the home is assessed and it’s right around .92% of the assessed value not the sales price. Hope this helps.

How long are new builds taking to complete these days? We are looking to re-fi, buy a new build and eventually rent out our current home.
Most builders take somewhere between six and eight months. There are communities here and there that may have homes available sooner but it’s becoming harder and harder to find.
