I love your Yoga Nidras and was thrilled when I saw one on Chronic Fatigue this morning as I am having a particularly bad day. Sadly, I cannot cope with the tinkling bells at all and had to stop listening. I know it’s a big ask Kristyn, but I wonder whether you would consider doing another with no background music? I am returning to this recording again due to the fatigue and exhaustion I have been experiencing for the last week. I expected myself to fall into deep sleep in the practice but to my surprise I didn’t, somehow I got pulled back every time I drifted away and was left with a tiny bit of awareness, even though it was just really really tiny. I noticed that my energetic body feels a lot lighter and smoother after the practice and that the heaviness which has been weighing me down is now lifted. I found this practice as very good. Then after some time I found your guided Nidra pratices. They come to me directly in time I was ready and open for more. Another fantastic and healing meditation. Thanks Kristyn, as always! Love that you let the music play on a little bit at the end. I noticed that I mostly felt both fatigue and energetic as mental states: happy, smiling and clear versus depressed, foggy, down. It just shows again how important the mental and emotional aspect is in healing from CFS.
