I vividly remember it was December morning when harnaz got crowned.. It was almost my college time but still I wasn't on the uniform but with a nerve wrecked waited patiently with phone on my hands for the crowning moment, and it wasn't that long months back I dreamt of Adline crowning as new MU then Harnaaz makes my dream come to life
Me too I had class at 9:30 or something I was ready and waiting for them to announce the result.they announced india at 8:38 I distinctly remember I watched it on UA-cam I knew india did well but it was unbelievable since it's been 21 years since India won .I went cheerful to my school it was an incredible feeling .
You can really tell how badly harnaaz wanted this her eyes said it all! 👑✨
2021 crowning moment was so iconic! We Indians felt a stream of emotions-nervous, excited, happy, and what not.... At last we won miss universe after 21 years! And Harnaaz made it possible... I remember praying for her throughout the show and before, so that she wins and she ultimately did that! It was like disbelief!
How harnaaz took the blessing of the crown is the most iconic. That shows how badly she wanted to win and how much she respects the crown and title

2021 the best for me, the crowning moment still goes on in my heart and mind everytime, how she bowed down shows how much she wanted that title, how much she respects everyone, she took blessing of the crown which shows how much she respects the crown, she is literally an amazing Miss Universe, we love you Harnaaz 😘👑

I love Harnaaz even more as she goes through the changes in her life. Why I connect and defend her so much ( which is even ignorant that I have to) is because I too had my thyroid malfunction all of a sudden in my 20's. I gained so much weight so fast, I didn't know what to do. It's like I woke up every day a pound heavier. It was a traumatic experience and I commend Harnaaz for having the strength to walk tall and proud. It is not her fault she became ill and a big giant F U to the people who pick on her. One day you will become ill as well, you better hope no one trashes you like you do to this brave young woman! Shame on you for picking on someone who has to deal with an illness!

Tunzi is the reason why CHI and other companies started to retire their support for the pageant. I still don't know how they let that man win the pageant when there was a greater and more feminine black girl whose name is Cheslie Kryst. Tunzi is the one who started the bankruptcy of the pageant and I still think he should have been dethroned because of how irrelevant his or her reign was. If they really wanted a black Miss Universe for the 2019 edition that girl was Cheslie Kryst.

4. The fall of miss usa in 2007 and 2008 or the swimsuit prelim mishap in 2019 (not to discredit the girls, they are amazing, but I just wanted to know what went through Paula's mind from the production side)

Tunzi is the worst of the worst ever. Leila Lopes from Angola and Mpule Kwelagobe from Botswana were more beautiful on the inside and out than that fraudulent South African winner. Tunzi deserved to be dethroned because of his fakeness, arrogance and masculinity.
I honestly wasn't rooting for South Africa in 2019 because duh! They just won 2 years ago. But when Zozi answered that final question, I went full 180 and just screamed "Yesssss! They HAVE to crown her!"
I would feel the same for any country regardless of sash. If they have a solid swimsuit and evening gown especially during Q&A, they should get the crown no matter if it's a back to back, sandwich win, or the country's first ever crown.

Also Tamaryn is more genuine, humble, feminine, intelligent and beautiful on the inside and out than that fake, arrogant and fraudulent South African cheater. Tamaryn is the one who deserved the Miss Universe 2019 crown if only she was not sacrificed by the Miss South Africa organization.
