For the nay sayers talking about how the F89D ruins the Horten, stay tuned. There will be another video addressing it. Simply put, just don't ever take them head on and they're not an issue period.

Personally, I don't have an issue with the F89D. I have an issue with the 75% of my team that will die in head-ons to them at first convergence.
Not an absolute solution. Not when they start spaming rockets from 2+ km away and have a relatively decent aim...
@@theraindog9141 Very true. I like climbing in jets and usually at least half of my team is gone two minutes after the start when I enter the battle.
2km and the rockets are extremely slow. You can see them coming. Turn 30 degrees away from their nose and it's no issue lol

i mean he talked about the struggle while he stayed on the 6 of that plane for ages, i mean shure, the 229 got nerfed but the "transition jets" are usually strong against props and clubbed agains other jets

First American tankers whined about it getting hvap rounds. So they more or less removed those rounds. Then it's flight model was nerfed so it couldn't turn as tight.
Then it's roll rate was murdered and before that they nerfed the engines.
Now it's pretty shit and has an insanely high skill floor. Rarely do you see ho229s atm because it's just trash now
My biggest problem is the start of the match, when they're all above me. I just don't have that gamesense yet to quite know when I have an advantage. I basically always think that altitude is equal to more energy but this video was a good lesson on how to fly this jet. Incidentally, I just got the ho yesterday and only had frustrating games. I will try and improve with your tips now :D

They've talked about this for ages, still hasn't happened so I doubt it.
If sonetging like that happens I would rather have the option to switch back to 30mm cannons like we can with other planes

That's the resolution I play in. Ultrawide monitor. It actually fits most newer phones fine.

Hey, can you do a Ta152-C3 tutorial?
Through Gaijin's logic, this plane should not be in game. Only gliders were built by the Horten brothers and none were ever fitted with cannons or even engines.
Actually there was one working aircraft found in its hanger after the Germans abandoned it though it didn't have its cannons if I recall

I would take P51H over this any day. After the nerf it's not worth. It's not that hard dodging the Ho229 cause of with no rudder.

Eh, I mean while I completely agree with you on doing something about the 89D, the Horten was broken good before it's nerf. As much as I enjoyed it, it wasn't fair lol
I'm sorry, W H A T. Winning against what odds? You're a full BR above most planes in this match, and the only jet you face you keep crying about how the Horton is nerfed but you outturn and outspeed him. Nobody in this match had a chance, you have far and above the most capable plane

With the old horten I wouldn't argue his point, but with the current horten flight model, it's not nearly as easy to carry these matches. It's alot more realistic right now.

It’s possible to spam shots and not hit if your aim is off
practice your aim when i used to play (taking a break for awhile) the guns on the ho 229 hit hard

but because its more or less a fantasy plane gaijin can change anything to what they want.
and because of that enough american tankers whined to the point where gaijin more or less nerfed the plane into oblivion and now its trash. there is a reason you rarely see them in any game.

Yeah, I once was outnumbered by 8 to 1. Killed 7 but the last one was an ad-4 that drained all of my tickets attacking pillboxes...
Note: They didn't attack me 8v1, they came to me in groups, 4 of them came in two groups of 2, and the other 3 came 1v1.

Actually it's not destroying this BR at all. People are just taking them in head ons an expecting to win. It's extremely easy to avoid them lol.

Ive won a 1vs3 in my vampire bfore
i almost won a 1v4 in my MiG-15bis before it was against 2 vautours and 2 g91s for some reason the vautours thought it would be a good idea to turn fight so i just used my s-21 missiles on them for easy kills then i didn't know what do with the G91s so i just deployed my combat flaps made them overshoot and 1 went into a slight turn while the other was above me so i just took the one in front of me 1 burst he was dead and the other g91 came down and killed me
