Hi Elizabeth ☺️ We’re feeling much better, thank you! The water situation is just delaying things for now, as we need to let the rooms dry. The weather has changed, hopefully it will dry soon. Yes, the kitchen will have a window on the door wall. 🤗
The rain is certainly a challenge sometimes, but it’s a part of life that we can’t change. With regard to the renovation, no, we don’t regret it, you have to go backwards with any big project before you can start seeing progress. It’s going to be very exciting.😊👍🏼
That rain water going under the plasterboard means there is a god looking down on you. Although your planning of keeping them up paid off beautifully. You had me cracking up when you said about the window. I said “it doesn’t fit” in absolute unison with you 😂 Name suggestion for the current project would be : Fortaleza Seems like the new place is built like a fortress ? That lighting skit is superb. Why don't you take a hose and suck the air out on one end ( the end that's outside) and just suction the water out ? Much less labor intensive.
Because by the time we would have gone and got a hose we would have been finished
