No way two 18s fit in that trunk in the proper sized 4th. It's not breaking 147 because the box isn't right. I can tell by that port that it isn't right.

Tuned way to low, you gotta find that perfect balance so it all hits frequencies hard not just the lows and drastically roll off on the higher noted.
In a bandpass the point is to roll off each chamber at each end of the range to control the bandwidth
The down side of a 4th order, hence why people use 6th order or keep with bass reflex
This build didnt have enough room for adjustment , limited airspace and no room for a bigger port

I wish I could see what 1 18 would do in a medium bowl bc when I see 18s in a box usally they are huge boxes but I have a 18 and it only needs 4 cubic feet and I haven't got to build it yet and I wanted to know what one will do given mine will be sealed tuned to 28 hz
I have 1 sundown u 18" on a taramps smart 3k wired to 1 ohm my box is about 5 cubic ft. With a PVC 6" port and my shit slams for only 1 18". It's tuned to around 31hz-39hz but I can play down to 26hz safely: no extra batteries yet just a mechman 240a alternator.

My 02 Sentra if ya were to fiberglass the entire trunk stripped 17-17.5 cube Is the absolute max.

I did a 147 on 2 X12s on Skar 3500 at 1 ohm , he definitely should be 150 ....but only because of the mysterious box design 😂 he doesnt know tuning or box specs which is 🔑

I bet this car sounds nasty in person I’m running one 18 from the trunk on only a 2k probably seeing 900rms out of the amp at 2ohms and it gets down so 2 no matter the airspace this is definitely smacking could do better on numbers if he had proper airspace I’d just do a backseat build for more room
