So for the open stones, could I treat it like shot put and do a glide? Ive worked with some of the weights in the range I could find (16-26 pounds for men) and have found success.
@@StrengthEmpireGym well... No. But I had a lot of fun! Got a lot of 0's and I undershot my deadlift max (I could have pulled way more but I had to say when I was 3 attempts away from failing and i got scared/called it too early. Next time I'm starting with 500)

Yep 100% can glide and a lot of them do
Just signed up for a strongman contest and it's throwing this at me. It's in 2 days. Till then I'll be watching this video
