  • Daily planning is crucial for your productivity. Here is an easy way to plan your day effectively using the ALPEN method.
    I absolutely love daily planning because it helps you so much when you know what to do during the day and to set up your to-do list in a realistic way. You shouldn't be one of those people who fail when you try to plan your day, just because you overlook a few crucial parts of your daily planning.
    The ALPEN method is one of the easiest daily planning methods I have come across and I believe it will help you plan your day better as well using simple time management methods like time blocking and listing the time it takes to complete all the tasks from your daily planning.

    You are an excellent presenter. I appreciate your pace and use of screenshots etc. This video has inspired me to get out of the mess I am in at the moment with 2 -3 tasks apps and files saved in about three different locations. Thanks so much.

    I’ve absolutely loved this video! I’ve watched so many planning videos but this has been the best so far! Thank you 😊 I feel more motivated! Do you use a paper planner too? I’m about to jump into the other video now

      This comment made me so happy 😍 I'm really glad you like my content and I'm looking forward to seeing you more here on my channel :D No, I did it while I was in college and for a while when working but I found that my tasks change too quickly and I have to reprioritize a lot so it's not really sustainable for me :)

    So do you use The ALPEN Method in replace of David Allen's GTD Five Steps? Thank you

      I use both in a kind of adapted way. I think the ALPEN method is especially useful for work tasks :)

    Hi! Do you do the planning in the morning or the night/day before?

    • @emelielindstroem
      @emelielindstroem  Рік тому +1

      I usually do my planning the day before because I feel less stressed during the evening if I know what I need to focus on the next day
