Ommggeeeeeeee, I have the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pumps and they are absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE!!!🤦🏽♀️ I literally wore them yesterday and my ankles are STILL aching badly!!😩 Now here’s the shocker, I’m in love with the aesthetic of the Hangisi pump so much, I bought them in SEVERAL colors🤦🏽♀️. I know, I know, crazy right? Despite the discomfort, I just LOVE the reflective glimmer of crystal buckle and how classy and elegant the shoes look; they’re just so gorgeous!! But I 100% agree, the Hangisi’s are uncomfortable. I only wear them when I know I’ll be sitting down. Loved this video, can’t wait for the next one. 😊 💕

Hello Beautiful! I know Pockets&Bows Brittany had a video on Manolo's... she discussed depending on where the shoes are made something about the dots (3dots or 5 dots) on the bottom will tell you if they are really your size or not. I agree, Monroe can wear heels like no one else! Cheers!

Before the pandemic I wore 5 and 6 inch heels. Now I’m selling them all. I sold many for only $20 just to clear them from my closet. I’m so glad kitten heels are making a comeback!

Hello Monica 👋, thank you so much for this video. We have All brought shoes that are absolutely beautiful but they hurt like HELL! I personally have big feet. And I’m a true size 11. And I have problems buying pretty shoes that fit well. What makes my feet worst is that they are wide. I kid you not I have worn shoes that were pretty but they hurt 😢 so bad I had to just about crawl back to the car. So I really appreciate you doing this video. Jimmy Choo shoes are wearable upon purchase. However, Christian Louboutins are painful! After wearing them infrequently for approximately 7 years...they are finally somewhat wearable.

Hey Sis, you hit this right out of the box! I love Manolo Blahnik, however, I find that his shoes are designed for narrow feet. I must add that the “Lurum” is the best silhouette for all feet! My sister is a U.S. 11, and she has a pair in size 42, and actually walks well in them.
You should try the Jimmy Choo “Bing”. They’re a sexy spin on the Lurum.

Sorry, as I get older comfort is key . If a shoes is uncomfortable I am not buying.
I have reached a stage in my life where I don't want to wear heels anymore. It is just too uncomfortable, I have worn heels where my toes, tops of feet and ankles were bleeding just to look good. Then for the few days I couldn't wear the heels because the skin was torn and missing so I had to wear brogues to give my toes space. I would be limping, my feet swollen and sore, just to give my calves length. So not worth it, and I can't drive properly in heels either, and you scuff the heels.

Oh no….we can not hurt the baby toe or the big toe. Wide toe box here…save the bunion lol! We do not want surgery.. Post 50…ya’ll need to be ready cause you will find heels if even comfortable on the feet can affect the knees and the low back. Maybe its because I have always been a big exerciser but beware the feet at 50 don’t act the same as the feet at 40!
*Just evaluate it this way....any heel over $495 will hurt your feet and kill your wallet lol*

Gianvitto Rossi makes really comfortable pumps. I have slightly wide feet but I don’t have to size up at all. Comfortable and tts even for wider feet.
I do have a pair! Honestly they are comfortable but I need to try a smaller size because the pair I have are too big

I don’t think any of the high heels are comfortable. Those tall heels will make your feet shift forward, hence crushing your toes. It’s like a sliding board.

Hi Monica, regarding the Jimmy Choo’s, I own a pair of Romy pumps (85mm) in the silver/dark blue glitter in size 40.5 and I adore them!😍 They are so comfortable! I can dance all night with these.😎 Hermès also has the tendancy to not be consistent when it comes to sizing. Two years ago I bought the limited edition version of the Santorini sandals, and size 40 was perfect. But last week I got the white version of these sandals (same size 40) and my big toe was sticking out. So I had to send them back and exchanged them for a size 41. I hope these will not be too big. Your my girl on these dang shoes 😢😢😢😢😮. You guys in the US can go up to 42,43 on some designers shoes. I live in Paris and sometimes 42 is no where to be found. The same big designer who go up to 42,43 over there but here only 41 barely 42 and sometimes 42 still small for me. I use to wear 41 or 41,5. Surprisingly after I had my daughter I have to look for 42 sometimes 43 on these big names brands… shame on theme…..

Sarah Flint is comfortable aside from her Natalie Flats that gave blister in front. Jimmy Choo is comfortable. I even got a very small blister on my heel wearing at a convention and didn't feel it. Their shoes are narrow and tight but once taking them off, no pain.

Even the Louboutin flats hurt 😩😬. I’ve never seen anyone out walking around in those YSL Opyums. They are only for pictures.
I swear that is the case because I have never seen anyone walking around in them too!
This video was poignantly relatable. My mother was a tall woman, and a size 43/44. Living in a country like Nigeria, she had to make do with second-hand shoes, which weren't so stylish, but were comfortable. Otherwise, she wore mules in size 43, and a good portion of her heels were outside of the shoes. My sisters too have big feet, and I always feel blessed to be able to shop for shoes;even in a country like Ecuador where they generally have tiny feet. Thanks for sharing.

Great Video! It is so annoying to buy luxury shoes and then they’re uncomfortable. You should do the same thing about luxury boots and luxury sneakers. Some people say the Hermes Oran sandals are uncomfortable. Please include sneakers and boots from these brands also. Chanel, Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton. Love your channel.

Thank you! As a fellow size 42, I feel you!!! Not to mention if your feet & or legs are more slim than wide, you definitely gotta be cognizant of how the shoes fit and look. Either you slide through the sandals, your boots sag or like you mentioned your options are limited and if you need to go up a size, you are out of luck. But, you can think of it as a blessing, that’ll help keep you on budget and from having too many. 👀
