Well then he died and Quan Chi said he made him even stronger as Noob Saibot onlye for him to lose every fight his in from that point on.

Weird they included the non-canon Shao Khan feats but not Oni fighting Asura in the same form he used to fight and kill Chakravartin the creator god of Asura's Wrath to a standstill.
What's the non canon shao kahn feats?
What non-canon feats of Kahn did they include? His destruction of a planet is literally what he does every time he conquers a world. Splitting a Moon is far less than that.
Can’t speak to the shao khan but I was also surprised they made no mention of Asura….honestly I’d love to see a death battle between goku and asura. That’s be epic.
I mean...Kahn did withstand a blast from Raiden empowered by Elder Gods. He is comparable to beings like Cetrion who can grow planet sized and shoot insanely fast lasers. He did defeat Blaze who if left undefeated, would destroy reality and literally every ending of MK:A, when someone gets his power, they basically become a reality warping god. These are canon. Meanwhile they are still giving Akuma non canon comic feats.
Not to mention how they don't mention how Shao Khan was killed by Kitana with a simple slash across the face, I'm convinced WB just pays for these outcomes at this point

Pretty sure that's the opposite of wholesome.
Those two are practically brothers at this point.
I'm thinking the "Flawless Victory!" with a hole through his stomach is a reference to the Mortal Kombat movie where Liu Kang declares his win over Shang Tsung to be a "Flawless Victory" despite it being nothing of the sort.
That’s what I was thinking. Combined with Shao Khan merely mocking and saying Akuma’s attacks did nothing
I mean it's Shao Khan, he's the voice announcer, you don't think he wouldnt give himself the flawless after he takes on someone so powerful? I mean...
Well, Liu Kang might have been right if you consider that him and Shang Tsung traded rounds before Liu Kang clapped Shang's cheeks in the final one.
wrong it was a flawless victory. Lu took damage during his fight with TS but when he was reminded he was the chosen one he took no damage and became the chosen one. Kind of like Neo becoming the one in the matrix yea Neo took damage but the one was unfazed by the battle with smith.
Actually if you're talking about the og film, that was a flawless victory. There was 3 rounds. Round one: LK wins, took damage. Round two, ST wins, took damage. Round 3, LK beat ST without taking damage, therefore LK did beat ST with a Flawless Victory
Fun fact: Shao Kahn started out unmasked and with large gnashing teeth similar to Baraka, since everyone from Outworld was originally to be of Baraka's race. The idea of all inhabitants of Outworld being Tarkatans was later dropped.
Now I’m just picturing shao Khan with arm blades..
Honestly, if you ask me Akuma was the faster fighter if you include his appearance in Tekken 7 into account assuming its canon which I think it is considering surviving the Raging Demon was considered a canon feat by Heihachi Mishima in his death battle against Geese Howard, I see no reason why it isn't canon for Akuma. Akuma landed the Raging Demon on Heihachi Mishima (Granted it didn't kill him due to plot and he was caught by surprise) who could react to at least 4.09% the speed of light according to the episode mentioned above by scaling to an Inferior Jack models and Heihachi and Akuma could outmanoeuvre Jack-7s no problem. That is more then double the fastest speed feat Shao Kahn has shown. This didn't even mention the fact that Akuma wasn't in Shin Akuma or Oni form when he fought Heihachi so it's likely the gap been Akuma and Shao Kahn is even bigger then that. I am not saying that Kahn couldn't win this fight he was stronger and more powerful but that doesn't really translate into direct combat I mean Liu Kang has beaten him time and time again so between the Raging Demon and Akuma's superior speed I think Akuma should have won this.
Akuma didn't even use the Kongo Kokuretsuzan
You're forgetting one factor. Street fighters can't ef with Mortal kombatants.
"The Raging Demon... Its power is unequaled... It is not my fist but your past sins that will kill you... The more evil your past doings, the more painful your death..." ~Akuma, Street Fighter Alpha 3. So is that non-canon, or?

@@loser.lunatic4089 well, in the original timeline Lu Kang kills Shao Kahn twice. Once in MK2, and then MK3, no injury to survive when he was killed.

Just for clarification, Liu Kang and Raiden's power combined was capable of matching Cetrion because one is a Thunder God and the other is one strong enough to beat Shao Kahn single-handedly everytime they fought. So how exactly does this mean Shao Kahn scales to the Elder Gods in power? Shao Kahn beat Raiden outside of Earthrealm each time he won, Raiden is much weaker when he steps into another realm. Even Shang Tsung feared Raiden's wrath during the first tournament that took place in Earthrealm. When Kahn invaded Earthrealm at the end of MK9, he was powered up off the majority earthrealm souls and that of the slain Earth's greatest warriors that Sindel killed. Kahn obeyed the Elder Gods' rules for a reason. If we're to get even deeper, Shao Kahn was murdered by a combined assault from Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, the same two who defeated Raiden and Liu Kang. If he truly was as mighty as the Elder Gods, he would have been Shinnok level power which he certainly was not. Kahn is a beast, but he is not Elder God level.

@@susmane5482 technically it is cannon. Its just him winning started a new canon.
That is from an entirely separate game from the Street Fighter franchise, much like Tekken Akuma, they could not feasibly scale him to those versions of Akuma as he does not have an equivalent in series that proves that he’s really capable of such, the Asura’s Wrath feats were WAY too powerful to be considered.
If Akuma gets Asura then Kahn gets Darkseid.
I'm not generally a fan of power-scaling, but I acknowledge that it can be used well in some cases. "Cetrion barfs a space-laser in one of her fatalities, and she's an Elder God like Raiden, and Shao Kahn has beaten Raiden, so Shao Kahn can move at the same speed as the space-laser Cetrion barfed." is not one of those cases. They never said Raiden was an Elder God. He's a demi-god. And because he was able to keep up with a Raiden that was amped by ALL the Elder Gods, not just Cetrion, for a decent amount of time, it's reasonable to scale him to that feat.

Shao Khan having a hole punched in his chest should take more than what Akuma could output, given the information presented in the video. But the sources tend to be very inconsistent as they're usually varying the power of the individuals involved to heighten the drama of a situation. Liu Kang only got to punch a hole in Shao Khan's chest because the writers thought the story demanded it. Elder Gods is a title and titles don’t translate to power feats in vs battles or else we could say that Cetrion dominates 616 classic Thor because he’s just a god but she’s an elder god, which is blasphemy.
Blaze feat is questionable as it was during a wartime. If we put things into a timeline based on the cinematic, which the continuity does follow, then:
Onaga snatched Shao Kahn away. This Onaga is a lot weaker than his prime and his Deception version as he was revived weaker after being killed by shijunko in Deception. All the fighters were rushing to fight Blaze, meaning Blaze probably had to fight multiple people. Considering that Onaga took him out of the war, we can assume that he did not fight against multiple people and kept his energy on the return. Then, there’s a highly likely chance that Shao Kahn killed the tired winner much the same way he killed Kung Lao and took the power, from the back.
Basically, Onaga snatching him up was a boon that allowed him to conserve energy and adopt the element of surprise.
Edit: just to add, I’m not using any Asura’s Wrath feats because Akuma from there is non-canon and can possibly solo the whole Mk verse, including possibly all the Titans at once as Oni.
I don't want her to, because I like her more as a character, but Korra will be murdered by Storm. Honestly, Avatar feats can be topped by Storm easily. It feels like a poor match up in regards to weight class.
Yeah storm will totally stomp
Now here comes the question. If she taps into the power of the Avatar State how powerful will she actually be? Without the Avatar state Avatar Roku was able to effortlessly create massive scales of bending. And with the avatar state it would be multiplied then some.
I don't know too many of Storms feats but this all really comes down to how they handle the avatar state power. Especially if they try to use the Giant Spirit Korra we saw against the fight with Vatuu. It was said that the battle between Rava and Vatu could wipe out all life. And She in her giant spirit state defeated Vatu while he was merged with Unaloq. However to use that giant form she had to meditate to reach the focus to use it. I do think Storm will win. Especially if they try to pull the spirit form stuff because of the meditation. Storm could just strike her with lightning and kill her while she does that.
However knowing DB they will find some BS to put Korra over Storm. I felt that Khan's voice didn't sound arrogant or deep enough.
Brian Thompson seems like he could use the work, they should've hired him
Sadly there are many flaws in the analysis. I) Centrion's beam is a fatality, it is used on an already defeated opponent unable to counter attack. II) Shao Kahn's ability to resist the combined forces of the elder gods is a very specific condition in the ending of MK (9), normally Kahn is extremely vulnerable to the powers of EG, which he fears III) The merging of the realms and the Soulnado is a procession, a ritual, NOT an ability or a power in Kahn's possession IV) Liu Kang defeated at least two times Shao Kahn (MK II & MK III), and Liu is, in almost every aspect, inferior to Akuma. V) Cutting-off Akuma's hand and countering Akuma/Oni's fist during the Raging Demon it's highly impossible: Kahn has never displayed such countering abilities and especially against the lighting speed a Raging Demon. In general: In your analysis you are using more the Shao Kahn's story data than the characters in-game characteristics but you are not doing the same in Akuma's case...The man who can sink an island, destroy mountains or counter-meteorites could easily cut-off the head, the hands or the legs of his rival and win the battle.
Yeah literally, and not even to mention that he was so incredibly weak in Mk11, even dying to Kitana
Keep in mind if you minding your business an cetrion attack you with that beam rather you dizzy or not doubt you be able to dodge that.
I feel like they ramped the reaction speed and durability of Shao Khan too much. And even if Akuma got his hand cut off, he shouldn’t care and kept going because of his warrior mentality
@@chewyhazerd3587 I agree, in terms of fighting and skills Akuma feels more experienced and more skilled than Shao Khan and if we look at the in game stats or the story itself
He got a hole punch into his chest yes but he wasn't just standing and walking around. Man fell right down as if he died if I remember right and Shao Khan doesn't even see that strong in Mk11, Hell even Kitana beat him there and she's no where near Akuma
With all due respect you saying "the lightning speed of raging demon" Kahn defeated raiden at the end of Armageddon who's stated to move faster than lightning because you know..thunder/lightning god. So kahn beating raiden in both iterations in the past and future means he can stack up to if at least lightning speed
Akuma: _"I defeated Shang Tsung in Death Battle"_
Shao Kahn: _"Gonna put some dirt in your eyes."_
Hi jin kazama
