    Accidentally went over the edge….after 90 days plus with no O….FELT TERRIBLE. 2 weeks since….starting to feel like myself again. Once you’re on no O….you never want to go back to “normal”

    Should I eat goji berries after nutting? Subjective they seem to help restore my sexual energy, but they are basically concentrated sugar bombs and I otherwise do a keto diet...

      Goji berries are a rich jing tonic. Careful with keto, it can drop your T levels long term.

    Reingesting it is the best way. Then it’s not wasted and the body is replenished from what it would’ve otherwise lost. It might also by the best thing to do before going nofap as it may prevent nightfall during the nofap journey but I could be wrong about that.

    Is there maybe a discrepancy with idea of "stay of social media" and "too much dopamine" and taking L-dopa dopamine precursor ???

    Hi Jonathan. You might be a little extreme in saying there is no drop off of energy, no refractory period for non ejaculatory sex, etc. I'm 59 now and even though my wife and I practice non ejaculatory sex; I still definitely notice a subtle lessening of energy and minor refractory period after sex. Admittedly it's much less; but in my experience, it's still prevalent. There is precum; and sex itself does consume massive amounts of energy whether ejaculation is present or not. I do appreciate you insights.

      True, just as walking or sitting up straight can be exhausting for some people. Someone in good hormonal health (and good kidney chi) will be able to have non-ejaculatory sex over and over agin and not experience depletion. But still usually not quite a comparison to ejaculating.

    Hi J! Time 9:30 you said you have about 1 ejaculatory orgasm per month, you do this for some health reason like prostate maintenance or something? Or just because you want to? Cause in other videos you recommend take average period of retention between 60-90 days. At these moments I'm trying to achieve 60 days and almost I'm finishing my first 30 days 😅. Greetings!!

      If I go longer, my erection quality decreases, sex drive lowers and I experience a stagnant buildup in the pelvic floor/prostate area. Even doing hours of daily alchemical practices does not counteract this. An ejaculation after a month of taoist sex practice actually feels very balancing and energizing.

      Definitely. Any sort of pelvic imbalance will come with a whole host of muscle tension around that area. It makes moving the sexual energy that much more difficult, as it is essentially locked into your pelvis.

      I'd recommend Mucona Pruriens AKA Velvet bean if your looking to up your🎉Dopamine levels. L- Tyrosine is very effective but some people experience headaches & nausea with it.
