i ended up with paralysis in my right foot..and feel I have to give up on the driver...and 3 wood....just cant keep balance....do you recommend a driving iron...and thank you
dhimes3 sorry to hear that, a driving iron would definitely put less effort on your swing. I found the Taylormade gapper 2 iron extremely easy to swing, you may want to try that, good luck 👍
I just started using my 4iron a few months ago cause my 3 wood fairway club broke. I didn't really use it before but i had to learn. I've gotten a whole lot better now but sometimes i still hit it flat or top it. Nice video.
That's the way to go when you have difficult tee shots. You might be better off with a utility iron, I got a sim utility 3 iron and it's really easy to hit.
I use my 4i regularly. Not hitting my driver that well so it’s my go to. I like the way you chose to break up the hole. Swing easy and play to your strengths.
That's great, I only recently started using irons off the tee and I tell you what.....it's definitely much better, especially on tight, difficult holes like this one, you don't know how many times I went OB with my driver on this hole (especially during competitions), and just keep on pulling my driver everytime.
I know, actually sometimes I put too much pressure on myself on those little chip shots, thinking that I should be really good and I expect way too much of myself, but for the most part I manage to get a decent chip
I will use a 3 or 4 iron on tight fairways as long as I think my approach shot will be less then 180 yards. Clubbing down is much easier then trying to slow down or shorten your swing. If I need to take a small distance off, I will just choke down on the club.
The app is called "shot tracer", sometimes it works pretty good, but sometimes you have to do it manually, I think I paid like 5 dollars for it, Saludos 👍
Do you ever tee off with an iron?

good swing greetings from León Guanajuato Mexico 🙋⛳
thanks, happy new year 👍🏻
Thank you 👌💯
Irons of the tee are the only way forward for us non-driver people haha nice video mate!
thanks, I know, I hate hitting my driver OB, hopefully I can do the same during competitions...
@@thebackyardgolfer7010 we hear ya! Good luck, mate.
Off the toe lol. Man you got a beautiful draw. What I wouldn’t give to hit it like you do off the toe.
Thanks man! Still working on it, but I do prefer hitting draws than fades.
Nice save! Was hoping you’d be good at those chip shots with the practice you have in your backyard 👍🏻

I do use an iron off the tee sometimes, but it is typically a stinger shot. I typically am more accurate with that shot.
you just gave me a a great idea, I will try it at the range 👍
You will use an iron on this hole more often now 👍 good par.
thanks, hopefully I won't be tempted to use a driver on my next competition

thta's exactly what I am doing now, no more taking drives and hoping for the best, it never works
nice draw on the drive shot
thanks 👍
