Yeah - ai companies still haven't really worked out how to identify and market and therefore educate the consumer about genai's vast advantages for both information search and information creation. Everyone can see the tech is wonderful but no one has yet crystallised in an easy way how the consumer should use it and people are still overwhelmed
I wonder if these analysts have ever talked to actual users. I use copilot everyday as part of my job, and all I can say is it's moderately useful, but definitely not a game changer.
AI features won't be very helpful for a lot of these companies because their company data is incredibly siloed from the bigger picture of what AI can accomplish.
