Assalam o Allikum Tanweer Sahib...with regards to water supply system , we have a high rise 5 story building for which porc piping work is being completed. How much should be the test pressure provided to check the integrity of the system? Will it b 1.5 times the pressure of water transfer pump or booster pumps or some other criteria be used. Regards
System pressure means some pressure available inside the the system or cylinder or network which is higher as compare to working pressure or operating pressure. For example: cylinder has 100bar system pressure and when we operate, its working pressure is 50bar. Means inside is high pressure and its operating setting is low pressure.
This is set pressure, cut in mean start pressure and cut out means stop pressure. For example, pump run on cut-in pressure and pump stop on cut-out pressure
@@TanweerAhmed Thank you very much sir. Sir can i ask question, on hydraulic calculation of FP system. Would you include in your computatin the FHC on lower floors?

Ok noted and thanks
Great Video
Thanks
Interview ke base pe video bnayee sir 😇
Wo kis Tara?
Sir, can we install the PRV in common discharge line or required on each pump discharge?
PRV = Pressure Relief Valve?
PRV = Pressure Reducing Valve?
PRV = Pressure Regulating Valve ?
PRV = Pressure Restricting Valve?
@@TanweerAhmed Sir, pressure relief valve
Pressure relief valve
Where you think safety hazard like firefighting system, at these locations are required PRV
Sir, how many pressure relief valve need to install at three pumps in fire fighting system pump house
as per mentioned above 10% of Working Pressure is mean setting up 10% of Pump Working Pressure?
System working pressure: Means your network/system running on that pressure. Kindly watch video again and hope you will understand

W.Salam,.you are right. Working pressure of pump x 1.5 = test pressure
Sir please put videos of types of pumps and their design calculation
