Instead it highlighted a few lines of text, near my editing point, and the deleted those lines, without action by me! Any ideas how to correct this?
It only works for editing restricted only. I lost password. I saved the documents in word. When I try to save it to rich text format. It asked me password. The save us is inactive.

My document was in pdf ,then I converted it word for easy editing but still I cannot edit it what could be the problem
