    This video was beneficial. I leave for max 3, this Saturday. Some things have changed. This year's class will not receive an FTM until we get to field training, and instead of OCPs in a personal bag, this year they are having us put a pair of PTGs and toiletries

    How was the situation for doing your hair? Did you have time to dry it after showers? Was there time to braid it?

    • @faith.powers
      @faith.powers  Рік тому +1

      okay so for hair, yes and no. We did have time to braid and do our hair BUT not really much time for it to dry. In my opinion, there wasn't much time to realllyy wash your hair, especially if it's curly. After showering, you're usually rushing to put on your uniform so drying is a hit or miss. But in the mornings, we had a braiding train going on lol. I recommend a braid of some sort for all hair types

    What is the typical daily schedule on field training?

    • @faith.powers
      @faith.powers  11 місяців тому

      Hi! Unfortunately no one is really allowed to disclose the specifics of Field Training. They want every cadet to get the full effect so the only thing I can say is, you will get up VERY early and have long days filled with PT, drill, classes, and evaluations.

    What, if anything, do people fail at field training?

    • @faith.powers
      @faith.powers  Рік тому

      I honestly can't think of what people FAIL at completely. But I think the categories people tend to do poorly on is the PFA and FTO interview. I don't want to say scenarios bc some scenarios were truly terrible.

    How did you study for the AFOQT?

    • @faith.powers
      @faith.powers  10 місяців тому +1

      I actually have a UA-cam video on how I studied for the AFOQT! I struggled with the AFOQT myself so I talk about everything I did to pass it. I hope it helps.

    Is field training required for prior service army ?

    • @faith.powers
      @faith.powers  10 місяців тому

      Yes ma'am. For Air Force ROTC, all cadets must pass and graduate Field Training, even prior enlisted cadets.
