I was brought into the hobby on these new paints and fell in love with them. Been trying to get my necrons a similar crimson (and steadfastly ignore the energy weapons >.>) and this gives me a way to transpose ideas! Love it.
I came across that dark emerald contrast as well and i simply fell in love. What im struggling with is getting the glows was trying for blues qnd purples but hit a skill block on my end so gotta get some practice in

Would it be appropriate the varnish with a satin varnish after you paint the red and metalic trim? And then paint over the varnish to do the cloth?

I will make a list and create a video for you. Its hard to judge because I haven't used all the paints yet. The ones I used for cloth I was really impressed with. Cobalt metal is VERY good for silver swords. Very good coverage from the white. Let me have more of an explore and I'll get back to you

i wonder could you get the same finish on the red if you use a hairy brush?
Probably, it might be a bit thick. I have no idea how the consistency are for blood effects (I only use Tamiya Clear and that's like glue on a brush). But if you do it slowly it should be fine.
Great video as always. A little constructive criticism, move the mic away from your mouth. When you breathe in while you’re talking it’s really loud and distracting. Other than that great job and nice color scheme.
