If you have never layed porcelain i would get someone in to do it because it has to be perfect, not like sandstone. full bed or mortar and always prime slabs.

They should be OK as long as they laser the sub base and use spacers and a decent porcelain disc in the grinder.

Thanks paul this fills me with confidence. It is only a very small area. I'm sure i'm more than capable of doing it.It's a risk I want to take.
Now is the time to take the risk while I've got a little bit of money, sat there. If it all goes wrong I've got a fall back. I'm aware of the risk going into a job with minimum experience!

Yeah rookie error regards the cash thing, just declare it not worth the hassle esp once you’ve said that, although the lack of t shirts is unprofessional I also am aware when I was Harley’s age I did do similar things from time without t shirts on but I soon realised it looked bad and wanted to grow the business with more lads so had to make sure I was setting a good example and now none of our lads would go shirtless, also not worth it with skin cancer on the rise

Please look at the video again I don't mention cash. I can't see an issue with no t-shirts I'm very resilient to the sun and I tan well! I really appreciate the comment. Thanks for watching.

I would try and get the vehicle mot and serviced at the same time, preferably before the start of the season, so you have got a better chance of not having problems with your van. Driving a van about with brake problems with a trailer on the back and with the weight your carrying is not a good idea. No van or no licence is not good for your business.

Good suggestion, I grew up in a car garage so I do know my way around cars/vans. abit of metal on metal contact wont hurt under light conditions. You got to do what you have to do sometimes.

Also your casual attitude to the brakes is worrying.. should have been done on the day.

I thought the same and the whole
      T-shirts off isn’t a professional look
But I won’t knock the kid for trying it’s just little mistakes which he’ll learn from along the way as he gets older and more experienced
(deffo don’t talk about cash and the tax man online they do watch )
I’d get the break pads sorted at a garage properly safety first for yourself and the public
Work wise brilliant it’s good to see a young man working and trying and not sitting around playing PlayStation all day
Again no hate just work on the little mistakes and think about your be fine

I don't know what you are on about never went on about the taxman in this video. Please give it a rewatch 🤣🤣🤣
      Thanks for pointing it out.

They still worked. I grew up in a car garage, working on cars. mettle on metal contact does not make the vehicle unsafe for the roads. This will only put even more wear on the van.
I m on a mission to success, and I m not gonna let anything stop me from getting there! I appreciate the concern, but the breaks still worked
If you are a good driver, you don't touch the brakes much anyway you would engine brake.....

Get hats for your guys… a t shirt on the head probably doesn’t embody the quality brand you’re trying to portray.
