The Revo SX is the best reel I've owned so far and I've had a bunch of different brands and price points! I have 3 SX's and 3 X's. The Korean models, 4 of them, seem a little better quality. Maybe it's just me...
Just leqrned how to use a baitcaster a few days ago and bought this reel for my first baitcaster. Higher price than I wanted to pay for a first one but I'm sure I made the right choice. I'm loving it already and I haven't got it on the water yet lol

I just got this reel, it's beautiful! I tried it with a ⅜Oz thunder cricket and I can't cast it very far at all. I have the ultra max with 40lb braid that I can cast a mile. . What do I need to do?
I fish in the polders and canals in Holland, and I am looking for a low profile reel that can cast and retrieve bigger lures like spinnerbaits or larger swimbaits. I cannot decide between Revo Beast, Revo Beast X, and Revo SX. Any tip?
The Beast series is ideal for throwing bigger baits for larger species - have a look at the specifications to best match the size of the baits you intend using, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions! www.abugarcia.com/collections/low-profile-baitcast-reels
Depending on the situation, and the choice of baits and presentation. Have a look at the Veritas lineup of rods, it is our deepest series of rods with models for nearly every situation.
You're welcome! Our MGX platform is perfect for this. We recommend the Revo AL-F Low Profile reel: www.abugarcia.com/abugarcia-reels-baitcast-reels-low-profile/abu-garcia-revo-al-f-low-profile/1280227.html#srule=price-high-to-low&sz=15&start=11
The Revo SX is designed and optimized for use in freshwater, however it can be used in saltwater with regular maintenance to slow the corrosive effects.
My Revo SX gen 1 is still working fine!

Idk what it is about the reel but I can't cast braid either. But mono works like a charm
@@jasonskull55 how far can you cast it with mono? I just put florocarbon on mine and I’m testing it out tommorow
@@peytonshute I would say 130 to 150ft. That's with 12lb mono on a st croix 7'6 victory rod

what's the difference in the "S-H", "STX" and all the other letters I've seen after the model number?
Dear sir i have little concern here... Can or not sx spool swap with winch spool? For get more line capacity?
There are no videos for the revo gen 4 STX as far as information about what types of bearings are used. Anyone know?
