Nah, being bald doesn't detract from a man's career these days. Patrick Stewart pretty much set the stage for successful bald men in ways Telly Sevalas didn't. Then we have Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson. Spader is still up there, hair or not. It has nothing to do with his hair. The kind of people who are Spader fans tend to be like Stewart fans, a wee bit more cerebral. He has a long career ahead of him yet.
His acting is always amazing with or without hair. Nobody as good as James Spader. His acting is so nuanced. He doesn't need to move but he manages to convey so much through his face.

The A/V set up time at the beginning - They did take it out of her alloted time - she was only allowed 16 minutes and this clip is 16 mins.
She was allowed 6 minutes for the interview segment. 6+6 is 12 plus time for setup is 16 minutes, so they didn’t take it out of her time 😅
