    Full recipe for Super Drink
    Ingredients:
    Ginger - 50g
    Orange - 1
    Lemon - 1
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Black pepper - 1/8 tsp
    Water - 200 ml
    Process:
    Peel and slice the ginger and put into a blender.
    Cut the orange and squeeze out the juice and pour into blender.
    Cut the lemon and squeeze out the juice and strain into blender.
    Add the turmeric, black pepper and water.
    Blend for about a minute.
    Strain into a jug.
    Drink 1 tbsp (15ml) every morning on an empty stomach.
