Your short term memory can only hold so many things - you'd forget several of them. In this format, your short term memory is holding one thing and you're more likely to remember it in the long term.
Also, because it's the "Fact of the Day" channel. It kind of implies their format.

Because pretty much every health magazine tells you that you should drink it and avoid fizzy drinks. Same with my dentist. I guess there is a lot less sugar in a slice of lemon than in a can of coke so it's still better but it's still not as good as water

Oh my goodness certainly not. Doesn't the acid ruin your enamel anyways? And to top it all off you can now add the extra sugar we just learned about to that as well!

Yeah, soda/fizzy drink is definitely terrible for you, but I'm pretty sure they just say put lemon in your water for flavor. It probably does help to whiten your teeth, but I can't really speak to that. But one slice of lemon in your water is not going to kill you.

Well I thought it was better than having something sugary but I guess it is sugary anyway :(

Lemon good for your teeth? Maybe for whitening, but the citric acid destroys the enamel.

It's good for metabolism, not necessarily great for teeth.

These short videos are pointless. Instead of doing 1 dsily one, why not just uplisd all the weekly facts in 1 video once a week. At least it'll be worth watching
