Hi Tammy, I’ve been using the NuFace daily since 2008. I use Jellen Power Peptide conducting gel. It is free of parabens, sulfate, phthalate, oil and fragrance. The sulfate in the nuface gel caused my skin to get a rash. The Jellen Power Peptide gel also contains hyaluronuc acid and DMAE. I found this gel really amped up the results. Just thought I’d mention it. Anyway... I enjoy your videos so thank you for all you do!!

I have the Nuface with the two attachments, for 5 years now and it really helped firmed up and maintain the jaw line and chicks. Your tutorial shows more details around the neck and lips, eyes I will incorporate it for my routine. Again I appreciate the time you put in for this video.❤️
My two things that work for me to help with my aging/ Lifting my face.
1) Facial exercises.
2) Massage my face daily for 10mins.

Last time I ran out of the gel, I used aloe vera gel I got a bottle at trader joe's. It worked pretty good and was less expensive. I was using aloe for my neck. I read somewhere it helps tighten skin. maybe I should bathe in it. Thanks for the re-review. Xoxox

Hi Tammy...as an aesthetician I used to perform this service on my clients with a big ol' machine that rolled on wheels and had wires and knobs!! And now look...a teeny hand held and elegant machine! Love my Nu Face! I call it my Shar Pei treatment :) I actually have two, so I can do both sides of my face in half the time. I have a fine mister filled with water, and reactivate the gel when it becomes dry. Watch videos while I’m doing this, and the time just flies by!

Pablo Ortiz You can also get the gel from QVC - sometimes they run 'deals' so it may even be less expensive. Just go to their website and search nuface and everything will come up. Hope that helps!

I use aloe Vera gel for the micro current, it works. Buy it at any drug store or grocery store , for a few dollars and lasts months.

I heard you need to add a bit of salt to it because salt helps it conduct electricity. The conducting gels contain sodium.

I use the Nuface Mini - I have used their own primer, aloe gel and now Spectra gel, which is a little cheaper. I have not had issues with any of the gels. I would probably want to use the Nuface gel seeing as its from the company that made the device, but I don't notice much difference really. I use mine for 5 minutes every other day and I really like it. Also I got the Target weighted blanket on your recent recommendation (I think I used your Amazon link!) and I love it so far (2 nights in). Thank you ❤️

This was a great demo and it is hard to find good demos on how to use this. I purchased mine when Nordstrom had their sale and I also purchased the ELE . I was really thrilled when the FDA approved for use on the neck because I have a thyroid condition. I have tried other gel and when I get it used up I will never use anything but the NuFACE gel. I have the mini and was using it faithfully for a while. I haven’t used it for a while because I am now working 2 jobs and not much spare time. I really notice a difference and have been thinking I should start using it again. Then I watched this and I am convinced I should be using it again!
Love your videos, and your honesty and humor! Started using NuFace last October and I swear by the amazing results. I’m 57 years young and went through menopause 9 years ago. Sadly everything goes south thanks to menopause. But NuFace has beautifully reshaped the contours of my face especially my jawline and the nasolabial areas, and the texture and clarity of my skin has even improved. I have an esthetician that does microderm and this on me and have for years and the results are amazing. My skin felt like babies skin and I'm 63. The microderm got rid of all my acne scars and brown spots and the mico current tightened my skin. I only had it done about every 3 months. She retired so I think I might get one and do it myself. Hello! I just read your comment. I am 55 and clueless what to use for my dry face & body! Also, I had a boil on one side of my forehead years back, doctor said it was from too much mental fatigue, it’s long cured but there is a scar and I hate it! What did your aesthetician use + do for your scars and brown spots? (I have 2 spots under my eyes near the cheek). Please help!
@@SweetAsCupcake I don't have any brown spots anymore. The Microdermabrasion got rid of them all. I believe there is a product called I think Mederma that gets rid of scars but the Microdermabrasion should help with that as well.
I’ve been considering buying nuface in the last week..you posted this at the right time! Hoping it helps with my droopy eyes..and wrinkles from squinting my eyes so much when I was a teenager (doctors couldn’t find the right prescription for my bad astigmatism) I don’t need it for my entire face I’m still in my 20’s.

Love my NuFace and have been using it for about 3 years. I use SBC gel from QVC Uk in a 1 litre pump, it works well and not expensive, well worth the initial cost as long as you use it regularly. Thank you for showing your routine.
Wow! That took a long time! And that's only one side of your face! Twenty minutes for one side. I know you were talking but you didn't really stop during during talking! That is dedication. Cuz we're talking 40 minutes for the whole face and neck! I don't know if I have that much patience. I do mine at night before bed cuz I don't have time before work.

I got a Nuface last sept and I have to admit that I have not been consistent in my use, but after seeing your video I will now! I also need to purchase the “ll” attachment after seeing how you use it. I too have the same problem areas as you do. No matter what products we use, you just can’t fight gravity! Great video and as another subscriber said, it is better than the one the company did!
I love my NuFace. The conduction gel I use is Spectra 360 from Amazon The price difference is substantial and I believe it’s medical grade. So happy you made this video because I was wondering if your routine had changed any. Thanks, Tammy! 💕
Cindy Macs I use the same gel, it’s much cheaper and I believe it’s also used as a conductor in sonograms.

This is fantastic Tammy. You showed how to do some of the areas that concern me. I only just got a Feipushi and used it for the first time this morning. I saved this because I will use it tomorrow and until I get into a routine of my own. Its a super helpful tutorial as I knew where my areas of concern were but you showed me how best to treat them. I also got a Mini Hifu so I will do it every so often too because its supposed to be great. I never really realised how potent microcurrent is until this morning. Your face feels toned and somehow refreshed afterwards. I only bought it to use in between Hifu treatments but I see now that its super effective too! I definately think it would have a cumulative effect and I am going to be using it daily from now on! I use aloe vera gel with no oil or alcohol in it, with a pinch of salt for conductivity (thats all it is really, water and salt are all thats needed but a gel adds the slip and you can also add your own serums as long as theyre oil free. I know I am new to using microcurrent but I know my science lol!) I refresh the gel on my face when it dries out with a spray of mineral water which is good for getting the minerals into your skin and also adds to conductivity whilst making your gel go further. This is just science I just object to paying all that money for a salty gel which is just saline in a gel so aloe vera is perfect as it is great for your skin, you can add your own serums and the combination of the aloe vera and mineral water and a pinch of salt is better for your skin and performs the task of conducting the microcurrent really efficiently.

I got a NuFace last year at the Nordstrom Anniversary. I was getting a facial and the aesthetician used one on and suggested I get one because I said something about getting botox or fillers. She asked me not to and asked me to try the NuFace instead for at least one year. Well its been almost a year and even though I have been extremely faithful using it everyday I did see results. Just started using it again recently.

Yes, Phyllis. Just as Tammy said, I feel the results are cumulative if you follow the suggested usage provided by Nuface. You must be consistent to see results. It has lifted my 60 year old hooded eyelids, evened out my uneven eyebrows, and reduced the visibility of my crows feet. Best facial tool I ever purchased. Buy it on sale. I bought mine during the Macy’s beauty sale.

I love my nuface though can't give it more than a 5 or 10 minute treatment each day. I went through the gel activator so quickly. Hotandflashy Angie recommended the scent free Neutrogena hydro boost body gel cream and I just love that! Comes in a large pump bottle and I find I use a good amount. When I wipe it off, my skin feels so hydrated. I would never have thought it could work. Make sure scent free. It runs about 10$ for a huge bottle.

Hi Tammy! Best demo I have seen on the NuFace! I have considered getting it for awhile. I’m just going to have to take the plunge and get it. For those that hesitate because of the price, QVC usually offers it on easy pay. Sometimes breaking it up over a 4 or 5 months will make it more affordable for some. That’s how I purchased my Dyson vacuum,on easy pay. No way am I spending so much for a vacuum at once! Now a beauty product, I would ....😂. Thank you for the video!
Do you like the dyson...I have been researching new vacuum cleansers...I have read pros and cons...some say it does not pick up larger pieces...others say the ball gets in the way...and then there are those who say it is to heavy...any feedback?
I love my Dyson! I didn’t get the model with the ball. I purchased the Dyson V8 Animal Cordless Vacuum. I wanted to try something new. I never thought I would like a cordless model but so far so good! It’s not too heavy which was a surprise. It has great pickup. I had an Oreck before and I think the Dyson does a better job with animal hair. One down side to this model is that it is so powerful that the charge doesn’t stay long and I find I have to recharge it after two rooms. I suppose if I was someone who liked to do one task at a time and completely finish that task before moving on to something else it would be a real negative to me. I’m kind of all over the place ...😂. So when it runs out of juice I just find something else to do while it charges. I have a really big dog that likes to get anything paper and tear it into pieces. Why I don’t know. I do have to make sure I pick up the bigger pieces. It will pick up the little pieces of paper though. I’m probably not describing that correctly. I agree with you that the ratings are all over the place for Dyson. I had my fingers crossed that I would like it. I’m glad that I do! Now my sister has a Shark and she loves her Shark. She says it has really good pick up. Hope that helps! ❤️
I use the NuFace Trinity and it works. I just got the Elle attachment in the last Sephora sale and haven't used the attachment much. I think it is worth the money. I use a conducting gel and a non-oily cleanser.
I really like my NuFace! You helped me with a question I had about using red light therapy on the same day as microcurrent. I knew they were two separate technologies but didn't know if it would overload the skin. I am excited that I can use it on my neck now! Thank you for the great info!💗

I have used the original, the Dermal toner for 12 years. Unfortunately, there is no L head available.

Tammy, this is a great video and your skin looks beautiful! I have the Nuface but need to find 20 more minutes before work in the morning. I use it at night but I'm not sure that is the best time for the full benefit.
Photine Saar It would make sense that it had some benefit, if the results get better with time. Sleep on a silk pillow and try to stay off your face.
