Firstly most of the office work is desk jobs and decisions that the girl was taking was taken by a very very senior person. Like even IIM Grads and PHD holders work under the person who makes buy and sell decision. Plus the buy and selling of assets is not so smooth as it is for retail investors like you and me. Reality would a boring desk job filled with excel, numbers, reports, coding etc
They do it so that they can earn money

"Investments" is part of banking, If someone is in Investment Banking they do this what expectation scene has showed.

In 6:32 it is actually True, Now-a Days College Degree doesn't have any Values in a Corporate Life. It's the Work Experience which Now-days have a Value.
You can be a VP or CEO in a Big Private Limited Corporate if you don't have any Education Degree but 15+ Years of Work Experience with Good Communication, Aptitude and Management Skils.
That 2000s era had gone, which Degree used to have a Value in Corporate Life.

Bro atleast in INDIA, you will find a Huge Example, where you will find that they are not actually working on the Field, which their Degree holds.
Also, Today Corporate are doing lots of Cost Cutting, to Remain in the Profit, when RBI are just massively increasing Inflations.
Hence Today Normal ITI or Diploma Holders are doing the Work of Degree Holders.
Or
you can say that Degree Holders are doing the Work of ITI or Diploma at Reduced Amount.
Even Today IT company have now started Cost Cuttings, which leads massive Layoffs or Start working on a Reduced Amount.
There is a Huge Difference between a Fellow who used to earn 18K Per Month as a Monthly Salary at 2009
Than a Fellow who is Earning 18K Per Month as Month Salary as of Now in 2024.
Even after giving you this kind of Example, if you still wanted to Choose to get Grind on someone's Shoes??? Your Choice then.
