Now I watch old westerns at night - much better quality entertainment.

As I continue to watch these, and some old Ellen Degen., I realize how politically correctness has snuck in slowly. I keep being surprised at jokes about the disabled, minority races, overweight people, etc. Not saying it's right or wrong, just pointing out that the changes came about so slowly that I didn't even know it happened until I spent time with these past comedians. Most people who aren't disabled, of minority races, or overweight think the jokes are great and everyone should stop being offended snowflakes. I'd love to hear from a seriously disabled or seriously overweight person on how they handle this. In today's world, when Trump made fun of a disabled person, people hated him with a vengeance. Maybe it's also partially about who's delivering the ridicule of these people/groups. In other words, it's fine if it's Ellen but not if it's Trump. Or, it's great if it's Trump but not one of those "liberal Hollywood comedians."
