I’m not a Glock fan, not because the pistol isn’t great or super reliable but because I can’t stand the Glock idiots…
      Stop typing!
      Let me explain.
I work with several young people (around 20 years old ) who smoke lots of pot and think drinking every chance they get is a great time, and they have never been to a gun store or range, have never shot any firearm yet they think the Glock is the only pistol that exists, and wouldn’t own anything else.
      Those Glock idiots….
If you asked 90% of these kids what type bullet would be best in a Glock 17 for home defense you would get a blank stair, as they searched for an answer in their pot smoked brain and all that was coming up was just how bad they wished they were stoned.
I’m not opposed to buying a Glock, in fact I plan to buy a Glock clone in the near future, or if I run across a used Glock at the right price I will buy it.
Thanks for the wonderful gun reviews Honest Outlaw.

Carrying my 19X this month as the weather got colder and I can cover the pistol up in an OWB holster. New holster for it too, a Safariland ALS since my thumb break has an issue with the tab. Cracked and I won't risk safety. It's older and served its duty.

Really enjoy shooting mine. Carry it on occasion. Closing in on the 1000 round mark. Only issues I had was out of the box and the first 100 rounds. Had a few stove pipes, more than likely something I was doing wrong or ammo related. It has run great ever since. Another thing I’ve noticed is that some are either darker or lighter colored in the slides. My father-in-laws is lighter in color and I just saw one that was slightly darker than mine. I’ve considered picking up a second one as well

For ammo pouches. In the military I carried both a Leatherman and a Gerber multitool. Now as a civie, I carry a Leatherman Wave in a synthetic pouch and a mag in my Leatherman Super tool leather pouch. It works well for my CZ P10C & 365XL. Does not look out of place, has the Leatherman logo and keeps lint out of mags if they were pocket carried. I do pocket a light, usually a Surefire or Scorpion. Will also switch out for an OLight if on trips as needed. Enjoy the channel and appreciate the work ya do.

Looks great. One thing about the 'Glock angle' that I do like, besides recoil control, is that I never lose the front sight. Sure it may be 2 inches high if I switch from a Beretta or a Sig to a Glock, but it's immediately visible and I can correct right away. I don't know if that's at all intentional on Glock's part, or just me finding a silver lining, either way, I like it.

Trigger issues tend to happen from the bar not being able to travel all the way to the rear. I take dremel to where the bar meets the frame at the rear right side of the pistol and light primer strikes are resolved. As far as the 19x, definitely an awesome gun and listen, Glocks are Glocks, they do what they're supposed to do and they do it well but they're no P01 and I'd rather even have a p10 or a P07 but that's just my CZ bias coming through lol. I love my 19X. It just feels so balanced and shoots really flat for me. I kept everything stock but the sights. I know it came with metal sights but my eyes didn't like the size of the notch and post so I purchased some IDot sights and that fixed that problem. I do have a 34 w/ a dot which is really fun to shoot but I'm more accurate with my 19X for some reason. You did do a video as to why you won't be buying a 19X some time ago but it's nice to see a second look at my favorite Glock. I'm sure the 45 is better with the front slide serrations, magwell and MOS system but I bought the 19X because it just looks good. The improvements on the G45 over the 19X pushed me to the 5th gen G45, which I got early on and before the MOS system was available. When I investigated upgrading to a red dot, I found that the most cost effective option (and one which gave me 2 fully operative pistols), was to go with the IWI Masada (which is almost identical to the G45 MOS, but at about half the cost), and then put my G45 into the Command Arms MCKGEN2 MCK 2.0 Conversion Kit, with a Eotech RMR, internal light and laser on it. I couldn't be happier with how that all turned out.

The Glock 19X is my duty pistol. I do Level 4 PPO work and I needed something reliable that I could use in a duty holster as well as CC and Home defense. The G19X fits that perfectly. I've only had a handful of malfunctions in the first 500 rounds all due to the range ammo (TulAmmo and Blazer) I was using. When I run quality ammo it never gives me problems. For work I need reliability over everything so a Glock was an easy choice. I love the Coyote color and the 19 round mags are great. It's my Do All Combat Pistol. I like stock Glocks so I'm not going to change anything other than maybe some different sights. For now it's perfect for what I need. I'm as accurate with it that I can be currently. Remember to train people.
I would still love to see a review on the Radian RamJet Afterburner because that's a very interesting upgrade. Love your channel Outlaw. Keep up the great work.

I do not own a Glock. But think anyone who does has a reliable gun nonetheless. I like my M&P 2.0 10mm actually.

I have the compact M&P M2.0 (I think that's what it's called) in 9mm and really like it. I still need a red dot on it I have one just haven't put it on yet.

Glock isn't the first to come out with a 4 inch barrel and a full size grip like the glogkie's think. IMI (IWI) now had a 3.8 inch and a full size grip back in the 90's. Styer M9 A1 did it back in 2012. FN's FNS did it back in 2015. And they all did it better than glock. How do you get your fingers in that little trigger guard? Another great unbiased review

Colt commander has been around a lot longer than those lol. Springfield Armory had the XDM 3.8 back around 2012 or so as well.

@@protectiverailroaddad7541 I can attest to the Springfield comment. I have the XD Mod2 in 9 & 40. They just run. They both came with "standard" and "extended" magazines.

The overall "best glock " is still the og gen 3 G19!! If you need more capacity..you have the 17 round and 33 round magazines!

The finger grooves are too small to be comfortable in my hand. 19X solved that though, among other issues with gen 3s, like the fact they are not ambidextrous.

Love this gun a lot. It's one of the top guns on my bucket list to buy. I wish they offered it with the manual safety like the XM17 entry. I think they would sell like crazy and maybe glock would start offering more models with a safety as an option once they see the demand for them. I love the glocks I have, but it would be nice to get them with a safety. They're missing out on so much business because there's a lot of people who simply won't buy them because they don't have a manual safety.

Manual safety is pointless on a striker fired gun if you have a quality holster.

I almost got a 19x or a 45 because my pinky dangles off of the Glock 19 grip which I hate. I ended up getting a CZ P10c because of your review (which was much cheaper) and I love it

About damn time you actually shot a 19X. I comment on another of your videos you roasted Glock and the 19X without ever holding or shooting one.
