    This was brilliant Christina, really relaxed my body and eased my cramps. I actually like doing period practics all through the month because they're so lower back and lower stomach concentrated. Which is where the majority of my back pain is and I sometimes find that when other practices don't help after a couple of days I do a pms practice followed by a restorative practice and that always works. I love going to classes but I love my home practice so much more because I can make it as long as I like, 30 minute yoga nidra for savasana, mmmmm doesn't get much better than that!     Tysm!I started my period yesterday, and it was a big surprise because I'm 11 and I thought I'd get it at 14 like my mum did. I only got 1 cramp, but my period seems to be pretty heavy and my stomach hurts sometimes. The worst part is that school start on Monday and I'll still have it for 5 or 6 days..

      I'm so glad that you enjoyed it!! I edit all my videos with intention and with the exact timing that I feel is appropriate for each pose to be held, but I totally understand that everyone's preference is different! Feel free to slow down the video as you're watching in the settings ( the little gear icon on the video gives you the option to change the speed) if you prefer longer holds. Also, I have quite a few yin-style classes on my channel as well where we hold the poses for a lot longer than I would in a class of this nature. Thanks for practicing with me! 💕

    I try it first time and I little bit worried about it because my mama say that yoga exercise etc is not good during priods I’m too confused can you please say something about that 😭
