    Jazz is what she has always done best. When I've seen her live... she always sings best when she is singing her slower songs or covers from other artists when is just her sat at the piano. The woman can really sing and people just don't realise it because most of her songs are pop/typical chart music.

    • @G_Kchrst
      @G_Kchrst 9 років тому +136

    • @sm1921
      @sm1921 9 років тому +41

      HelloImElsa Most of her songs actually do not tend to be pop songs or "chart toppers" as you said, but experimental and unique songs as AngelGiannis said. In fact, she often employs sarcasm in her songs. Even her most "pop" songs and "typical chart music" have more experimental qualities than your average pop song, and at least some of her rise to fame can be attributed to this uniqueness.

This was not the first proof of her talent singing, she can dance and sing like no one else at the same time, she has raised the standard of performers in Pop music today and her Jazz album as amazing as it will be (and it will be amazing) is not the first show of her vocal talent, just go see her live, she never lipsincs and she is just amazing, you can't believe what she does day after day after day!

    Can you name ANY other female singer in the last several decades that is so talented and so versatile in EVERYTHING she does?!?!? No one can hold a candle to her!!! AND then there’s Tony Bennet….what a gem, an icon, a talent that is sure to be an unmatched entertainer that has influenced so many generations with his perfectly un-perfect voice. What an incredible man and talent!!!! (I’m crying while I’m writing this in 2023. All happy tears)

Jazz, rock, ballads, funk she can do them all and with amazing style. She also did a concert of Bert Baccarch music with the wonderful Orchest Metropol some years ago. Absolutely amazing and her interpretation of his songs were the best ever. Before Bert passed away he said she did the best versions of his songs.That says it all. She's on You Tube

    This proves that Lady Gaga is a true singer. I'm not really interested in her other work, but my personal opinion is that she only does her popular music only for money. Because masses want that.

      if THAT would be possible the world would be full of incredibly rich singers. she has a true talent and - by the way I AM a true little monster - to be neutral it is a talent to produce songs that are known worldwide. And her voice also didnt come from anywhere --> she really loves what she does and I know that and thats why I am such a huge FAN of her ;)

      You are 100% correct but they buy the music (If you can call it music!) which the record companies have brain washed them to want.
      Don't know about the States but UK and Eu are awashwith good stuff like this
      and we are struggling to find audiences.
      People who stumble into jazz music by accident often say.." Wow! I thought that I didn't like jazz."
