Gaga didn't bring him back, he took her into a realm of music she didn't realize she'd be able to pull off. If you listen to any of the interviews they did together she always credited him with grounding her. He was a stabilizing influence in her otherwise chaotic pop culture existence. Tony performed and recorded music in 7 decades. I'm not sure there are any other performers who can say the same.
They are so good together and generous to each other, complementing and strengthening each other's delivery. So glad this concert happened and was recorded and will live forever.

I’m in Awe of this duet!!❤ although Tony is living with Alzheimer’s, his wife has said that when he performs it’s like he’s back to his self before his diagnosis. She has said that he remembers every song, all the lyrics and even the instrumentals. He is such an iconic man, voice, performer and beautiful soul. I’m so blessed to have been able to get to see him in person. What a gracious person!!!❤
There's a wonderful, moving documentary about Glenn Campbell and his struggle with Alzheimer's..as with Tony B., Campbell comes alive when performing his music - truly remarkable to see how music is all of, and more than, us.

I am left almost breathless everytime I hear this wonderful song. Surely, of all the great melodies, this one is one of the greatest. Lets not forget the composer Michel Le Grand and lyrics by the Bergmans ( husband & wife). This particular rendition is just beautiful but there have been others too. I saw Tony at the Royal Festival Hall in London, many moons ago and he sang this song. It's been in my heart ever since. It's a pity Frank Sinatra never recorded this, least I don't think he did, please tell me I'm wrong. Both Aretha and Tony have left us now and have safely crossed the river Styx but what a legacy they have left the world that we all can continue to hear the music play. It's wonderful that Tony befriended Lady Gaga and they started singing together. Wonderful duets that showcased what a great singer Lady Gaga is. It's sad that Tony can no longer perform, what an icon. Not many big band singers anymore unfortunately.
Two great artists collaborating make a better whole than each separately. Want fun it would have been to witness them creating the arrangements that best suited each of them in very different ways. I wasn’t allowed to listen to FM radio when I was growing up in the early 80’s and the early 90’s. This is the music that is deep in my soul!!! I actually cried when I listened to this. Tony Bennet and Lady Gaga, what a dream come true!!!! ❤
Amy Winehouse was a one in a generational voice. She was a fantastic talent and Tony in a duet (one of his Duets Album). They performed one of the most difficult to sing (Body & Soul) by Cole Porter & they knocked it out the park. Tony's hope was that he could help her with her addiction, because he went a bad issue himself. The man came from humble beginnings sang as a waiter & one night he performed w/the late, great Pearl Bailey Bob Hope was in the audience and after the show he told him he was going to be Tony Bennett and that's when it began .Mr. Bennett served our country Honorably during WW2 & then later Marched with the Rev Dr. Martin Luther King in doing what could help in the Civil Rights Era A fantastic talent, a Patriot and beautiful person. Have seen perform several time & as a former musician I will be affected the day he is gone ♥️🇺🇲🎙
Watching this it’s clear all these fans are turning out for Tony, BUT I found Lady Gaga at this point and have followed her music and career ever since, she proved she is a very accomplished artist cable of many genre and not typical at all of the modern noise most pop artists produce.
My mother always liked Tony Bennett, so then I started listening too. I think he did a wonderful job singing with Lady Gaga. I must admit, I didn’t think she was that good till I heard her with Tony. I’ll be getting more if his CD’s with her. Lady Gaga will miss him and so will everyone else.

It's wonderful that Tony befriended Lady Gaga and they started singing together. Wonderful duets that showcased what a great singer Lady Gaga is. It's sad that Tony can no longer perform, what an icon. Not many big band singers anymore unfortunately.

I wasn’t allowed to listen to FM radio when I was growing up in the early 80’s and the early 90’s. This is the music that is deep in my soul!!! I actually cried when I listened to this. Tony Bennet and Lady Gaga, what a dream come true!!!! ❤

Amy Winehouse was a one in a generational voice. She was a fantastic talent and Tony in a duet (one of his Duets Album). They performed one of the most difficult to sing (Body & Soul) by Cole Porter & they knocked it out the park.
Tony's hope was that he could help her with her addiction, because he went a bad issue himself.
The man came from humble beginnings sang as a waiter & one night he performed w/the late, great Pearl Bailey
Bob Hope was in the audience and after the show he told him he was going to be Tony Bennett and that's when it began
.Mr. Bennett served our country Honorably during WW2 & then later Marched with the Rev Dr. Martin Luther King in doing what could help in the Civil Rights Era
A fantastic talent, a Patriot and beautiful person. Have seen perform several time & as a former musician I will be affected the day he is gone

Watching this it’s clear all these fans are turning out for Tony, BUT I found Lady Gaga at this point and have followed her music and career ever since, she proved she is a very accomplished artist cable of many genre and not typical at all of the modern noise most pop artists produce.
My mother always liked Tony Bennett, so then I started listening too. I think he did a wonderful job singing with Lady Gaga. I must admit, I didn’t think she was that good till I heard her with Tony. I’ll be getting more if his CD’s with her. Lady Gaga will miss him and so will everyone else.
