Definitely agree. I skipped 30 minutes of the video just to see him start the game. I love all his videos and I thought about getting this game but he doesn’t make it look fun with the placing and deleting of buildings. I feel like I’m three hours in with no plot development.
I love how you zoomed in on the garbage truck to appreciate the little details "wow ots really the little things" as it plows into a crowd of civilians and drives up the line of them
Considering the goal at the beginning is "make an oil nation", I think a very interesting dichotomy would be having a large public transit & rail system. Really enjoying this series and watching this fascinating game!
Party elite drinking game rules : You must drink every time.. 1. Party says like and subscribe 2. Party makes a bad pun 3. Party tries to make perfect placement of roads or buildings. 4. Party apologizes for something by he’s doing during the video. Please drink responsibly, must be 21 and older to play if using alcohol 😂
You can rebuild the house that collapsed due to the fire. Just set the construction offices to work on it, rather than the demolition office. The CO will bring workers on site and I guess some resources to rebuild it, instead of the demolition office clearing the waste from the site.
I know I'm late to the party but for the beginning, especially with low density settlements like this you could use a sewage truck to get the sewage tanks emptied. That should save you quite some money at the start. Especially when it gets to the fourth or fifth sewage tank.
I think the most important thing is getting the basic ressources factories running. Because then you can produce as much gravel roads and houses as you want.
COMRADE LEADER, I see we have a few rail connections at the soviet side, and one at the capitalist side. Time to connect all these border connections to form a borders railway. That way the capitalists, if they are lucky, will be able to buy our products and we can perform glorious trade with our comrade bordering countries
Cramming things so close together will cause no end of problems sooner or later especially for asphalt footpaths so people can walk longer distances faster and for efficient garbage collection, as has been mentioned housing doesn't need road connections only paths, the current buildings available are legacy buildings from when the game first came out and still have road connections. Also grids and snapping plus trying to get perfect alignment of everything isn't realistic to me, a curved road working with the landscape is better than fighting the terrain. This is the starter town so it will be interesting to see how far we get. Almost 4k hrs played so far, Cheers 🙂
I must say, from the last time I was watching your LP of this game - so around the time you were starting to plan out nuclear power plant - it improved by orders of magnitude.
loving the series so far your DO can move sewage you just need to tell it to take it to the customs house i see a problem coming you have to keep in mind were people live and work you need water and sewerage you are bringing electronics in you just forgot to get the forklifts to move them, keep it up
During the pipe placement, make sure you scroll the wheel down so you’re not having such huge arches. It’s the main reason you were getting funky snapping
Dear Party Elite, first off I really enjoy your streams. I have 300 hours clocked in this game and I just bought it last October. I can say that you are very well adept at what you do. My question is whether you would like to play on the 3rd final Campaign in this game, the one that will be in Realistic difficulty. I bet we all could learn a lot more from it, plus I we all would really enjoy watching you play it. The Campaigns in this game are really fun! Just quick notes - the sewage truck can and will actually go to pick up waste water from house to house, however you need to put the source building in the technical office to a sewage loading and unloading station connected to sewage discharge. This way you don't need to connect the sewage discharge through a long, long pipe yet, and you can also reach all of the buildings that the sewage tank does not reach. The same goes for water trucks in technical services - they do go and distribute water from house to house, considering that you assign a water treatment station or a water loading and unloading station for the technical services. I can see why you started on an empty map, and I am definitely not yet a realistic mode player, however I am sure that having technical offices full of sewage and water trucks is the only way to go in a populated map, on realistic mode. That is why they are free. :) Another note - you can assign a bus to pick up people from a bus station, but you do not need a bus station to unload them - you can unload them directly into a factory, or anything that needs workers really. So you don't need that expensive underpass, to connect the bus station of the brick factory with the gravel processing plant. An evenly spaced line of a couple of cheap shuttles would do the trick for the gravel processing plant. Thank You for playing this amazing game! Please keep it up!
This is an unpopular opinion but I wish you could speed up or edit out the minutes you’re contemplating where to place buildings and getting the alignment right. Great series though!
I definitely agree with you, I had the same issue watching his videos with the previous playthrough. I’ve grown to just accept that’s just how he is, so I just skip ahead myself
Same here, especially when there is so much space to play with. I want to stick with the series but packing everything together perfectly and spending so long doing it detracts from the enjoyment. He still has to place the waste collection services yet so hopefully he'll leave space for that.
@brianbrooks5366 i keep skipping parts too tbh I just wish he could edit it out. He could fit in so many other things in the span of one hour if he edit these parts out
I dont know what the qualifier for a town is, however in the UK the requirement for city is a cathedral, which may be ruined. So it's quite feasible that some facility marks the birth of a town
In soviet time, classifications of living places depends of facilities, factories and population (including special variants for turkestan for example)
@@molybdaen11 Ofcourse... It'll surely take some time. But if you followed the last play through then you know how exciting the train system is in the game. Just waiting to see how he creates railway network on this map
Times were bad in old Aserai lands. These parts of the world Did not see long periods of piece since machinations of foreigners deposed last heir in line of mighty Partiyah Al-Eít. Famine and disease, constant bickering of ruthless sheikhs, that all depopulated these once glorious lands. But everything started to change in late 1950's, when peoples and students movement, named Al-Eít Party sparked ideas of Revolution, beautiful dream of equality, prosperity and peace was near its realization. Civil war was long, but in 1958, When last Sheikh, backed by foreign powers capitulated and fled his opulent mansion, new Peoples Republic of Asera was proclaimed and its Peoples council sprang into action, rebuilding infrastructure, building important facilities and utilizing all resources their bountiful land had to offer. Soon, plan to repopulation of abandoned border region was announced for year 1960.
