RESHAPE ANY FACE in Photoshop (Face-Aware Liquify Tool)

- Опубліковано 23 сер 2024
- In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to use the Face Aware Liquify tool in Photoshop. This tool is perfect when you need to tweak facial features, or can also be used more heavy-handedly to create cartoon-like caricatures.
Combined with Smart Objects, you can non-destructively tweak your images as many times as you want without any loss in quality. The Face Aware Liquify tool also supports multiple faces within a single image, allowing you to have some fun with photos containing friends.

Most people: here to learn how to improve features in Photoshop for prettier photos
Me: here to learn how to warp some faces so I can make manips of book characters
As long as you're having fun, ignore the haters!
Hi!! same here!
Have you found a way to create a layer, or guide so you can position each eyes, nose, mouth, in the exact position?
thx!
Great tutorial!
Same Reason here
You’re amazing!
You too!
Hello great tutorial! Can i use a template (for golden ratio) in liquify mode?
I'm not sure, I haven't used it in a long time or ever tried that!
Thank you for the video. How do I get mine to work? My liquify does nothing. Thank you.
Thanks. It's hard to say without seeing it in person. Are you on Adobe CC or using an old version? Only CC will have this.
Can I change anchor points? like adjust there position?
Hey nice video, wasn't aware that there is preinstalled software to do these facial manipulations. I'm looking for a way to make changes to faces on a 3D model, so that when I change the nose width for example, I can see how it affects the facial aesthetics from more than one angle. Are you aware of any way to do this? Also, I'd need a way to create 3D models of faces in photoshop. Any pointers are welcome
This tool only manipulates images in 2D, so you can make changes from a frontal view, and maybe something like a 30 degree angle view. You'd just apply the same level of transformation to each image, but there's no way to automatically do what you're saying.
Photoshop isn't the tool you'd want for creating 3D modeled faces. You can sculpt things from scratch in something like ZBrush (big learning curve), or there's something like Poser that lets you do what you're asking www.posersoftware.com/
There's probably other options similar to Poser that I'm unaware of too.
@@NewLayer Great, thanks a lot!
Im here just for the meme
great tutorial bro!
Does it have to be front face? How about profile or half profile?
It works on angled photos to a degree, the only way to know the limit is to try and find out :)
Can you fix assymertrical face with it ? And assymertrical jaw
Yes you can
@@NewLayer ok from which option ?
Thank you 😍
Louise is a turtle you’re welcome! Glad it helped. And nice name! 🐢 😁
I have the "liquify" button greyed out. Do you know why?
Make sure you're in RGB color mode and that you're working on a non-vector shape layer.
I want make that with video
Can i do it ?? And what is the app ?
Sorry, I've never done it with video, so I can't recommend anything. There's a ton of mobile apps that do body/face transformations, which would by far be the quickest way.
May i know which version of photoshop is this?
This was done in Photoshop CC 2020.
@@NewLayer Thank you!
Which Photoshop CC is this? 2019? I got a 2017
I'm not sure, whatever was available with a CC subscription in November 2019.
what if you don't have face aware.
So sorry.
Photoshop 7 and photoshop cs3 can't show the facetool....
Can I use photshop cs5??
You need Photoshop CC
@@NewLayer ok....but I don't have any graphics card....a low model Intel i3 segment Asus laptop....is it work on it??and thank for reply..
@@abhilashdey3788 Yes no problem. It may not be as fast, but I’ve used Photoshop CC on a 10 year old laptop with no issues.
Thank you so much....and sir a last question...which version of adobe photoshop CC do you prefer..??basically I need a full face tool option..
There’s only one legitimate version of CC because it’s a subscription and updated automatically.
each time i select liquify i receive a disk error message
I would guess it's because your selected scratch disk is too full and Liquify requires a good amount of free drive space. If that's not it, then I have no idea, haha :)
Can you make me extremely hot more than zayn malik
dam son he's thicc
Dat left cheek doe
no major changes occure, so nothing to learn here.
Only how to use every single aspect of the Face-Aware Liquify tool.
And I think the screenshot at 5:40 would disagree 😂
