Since RBC is numerous it should be lysed for proper view of WBCs... Also since we are diluting the blood 200 times than normal.. in RBC count... WBCs are present in very few in number

Correct but your answer will be valued better if you say it in terms of RBC to WBC ratio instead of saying RBCs are numerous.
