You shouldnt use cotton for wiping the tip of the pipette though it absorbs the water and causes hemolysis
Thank you so much ospe questions at the end makes it all perfect. Whole practical learn in one video. Thank you so much again. Whole 2 hours of university lab but did not understand it like the way I understand it from here in 9 minutes. Sir your practical videos are catalyst for our practical exams. If the diluted fluid enters more than 11 we should not discard the excess fluid the procedure should be restarted because the discarded fluid contains blood and we cannot locate any WBCS

Sir, You can try using a 2ml/ 5ml syringe to suck the liquid. And Wash the pipette with the diluting fluid before using to prevent formation of blood layer inside the tube.
Thank you so much!!

Great video but I didn't understand one thing. Why do we take the ring finger? He said something ..as it is connected to the bursa? What's bursa?
The ring finger is actually not connected with any bursa, hence chances of infections are nil.
👉 A bursa is defined as a fluid-filled sac located within the joints of the body
@@Dr.WaqasKhan great! Thank you so much for your response!!
Master piece
Thanks 👍👍
how to fill boxs
😂today is main physio practical n I'm watching videos tw understand TLC
You are the best teacher 😍
Should we clean the blood on pipette using cotton? Because it may decrease the amount of blood inside the pipette by absorbing it
You are right we realease one drop but not by cotton as it absorbs the fluid and not cells. It might give higher count.
Amazing 👏🏻
Thanks 👍

Do we have to discard till 1 mark or ya bss 2-3 drops I'm confused agar 2-3 drops hi nikalni hai toh usmein toh likha hai discard upto 1 mark I'm confused in this
Stem part Discard karna hota hai upto 1 mark,
Because usmein blood mix nahi ho pata hai. Simple..
Nice video
