Any method is good (Roux CFOP ZZ). For getting the WR you have to put in the work, ie millions of solves in any one of the method. Every mainstream method has great potential

So is it inefficient to learn roux directly after beginners method? The learning curve to F2l would be about the same for the f2blocks for roux.. my best time is already 46 seconds with roux and i've only learned it 3 days ago. Would learning cfop really directly help my roux times? I ultimately just want to be efficient with roux.. should I just keep it as my main method?
I'm starting to learn roux after like a 2 years of cfop and I have to see the cube differently then how I did before and I need to break my old habits. So if you want to main roux just learn roux.
M Lienau roux is much harder to learn but is better I'm using cfop right now but roux is better because you can turn slower and still get similar times to cfop but if you call your tps then roux will be faster is your turning at the same speed but then again it is so much harder to learn please send me a good roux tutorial I'm having a hard time learning it

We are kind of equally skilled as we practise a lot together. Anyways I solve using both CFOP and Roux now and am sub-10 using both methods.
I am a roux solved and I am sub 20 with it I just 6 months and I stopped cubing an year ago and now I am back to sub 30 and my brother did the same but he used cfop and an year ago he was sub 30 he is still sub 30 even he is cubing from an year he knows full pll and half oll but if you want to improve faster in 3*3 then you can go for roux rather than cfop
