Would you be willing to do an analysis or comment on the Oly clean and press? I am dying to find someone who is both expert but also willing to talk about to is old lift. I see all the time in Starting Strength programs. How much stronger pressers were giants like Serge, Vasily, and Patera? I guess my main curiosity is how did they train to do that vs today. Thanks
Please, can you talk about Tamara Walcott, how she reached the deadlift weights of 295 kilos in a short time and entered the Guinness Book of Records as the strongest woman in the world, and is she normal?
you basically answered your own question. It's probably a mix between amazing genetics and peds. So she's not average in terms of genetics but she's also probably enhanced which heightens her strengths.
Depends how we are rating her. “How much does she weight????” She is using PED’s to grow the extra size (more potential than her genetic traits) but she has trained appropriately to strengthen her increase in size? I Give credit for her training only.
