Playing with the book is really great, it's the first step. If you can get touch and feel books they can explore these different textures with their hands and mouth. Keep reading, using big expressions, pointing to the book and naming objects. Developing focus and attention takes time. At the beginning it could only be 1 minute and that is okay, keep up the great work. Oh thank you. Yeah, they all work on developing different areas at different stages. He was really into developing his gross motor skills at this stage and then at 12months was super interested in fine motor skills (which I also did a video about). What's your little one working on developing at the moment?
Also I don't know if you noticed but there were always pillows behind him in case he lost balance. But just allowing lots of opportunity for practice on the mat 😊💗

These games are so fun!! Wish I was a kid again playing these games with my mum. Your babies are soo cute. I especially liked that the dry rice bottle lasted a long time. Kids will play with the most random things for hours. ❤️
