Im new to tft, I dont understand why at level 10 you buy so many 5 cost champ and even sometimes make them 2 star 5cost and you sell them without even using them at combat while you still have places on the battlefield

reduces the number of pieces costing 5 on the board, giving you a greater chance of getting the champion you want

So you have a 25% chance of getting a 5 cost champ at lvl 10. but the way tft works is it will show you less of the champion you already have multiple copies of to make it difficult to 3 star a 5 cost because thats an auto win condition so you buy the other 5/6 costs so you are more likely to get the one you want and then you sell them to get gold to roll.

@@adamjay4924 It doestn work like that. There is a champ pool which from the game pulls a random champion. There are only certain amount of champions so by purchasing other champs there is a higher chance of seeing missing piece for 3 star. Game doestn do anything to reduce the chance of 3 cost. Its jsut the champ pool which makes it harder to find the missing piece
