He’s just saying that to add more significance to 6-cost units and generally build up more hype for this set and Arcane. It’s a very simple, basic marketing move. A 3-star 6-cost unit is very difficult to achieve, but not impossible.
The fact that you are literally able to make an entire successful video off of just hitting a 3 star 6 roll should already say how rare and difficult it is to hit. Typically 3 star 5 costs appear in less than 5% of games, 3 star 6 costs would appear in drastically less I'd imagine

How does it even get to this point?? I've been playing TFT for a couple weeks now started ranked a few days ago and none of my games have ever even seen a level 10, let alone a 2 star 6-cost champ. Or anything over 100 gold xD
the probability of 3 starring a 6 cost is so low that if someone were to manage to get it i dont see why you would be mad rather than impressed at their rolls, the only way i would see 6 costs being a negative would be in sweaty comp matches
