The cream :
• 1 yolk

🤔Consultas:
1) creo que te has olvidado de decir si lo que pones en la crema es "'nata de montar"
2) el almidón de maíz, ¿ es lo que conocemos como Maizena??
3) El chocolate negro, ¿ Es alto en cacao negro de más de 70 ú 80??
4) Las virutas de cacao por encima de la tarta ¿¿se pueden rallar el chocolate negro con.un rayador para hacer las virutas??
