Ingredients:
250 g frozen raspberries. (8.9oz)
80 grams of sugar. (1/4 cup)
30 g cornstarch.(1/4 cup)
cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
juice of 1 orange.
Biscuits Savoyardi.
150g ricotta cheese. (5.3oz)
50 g powdered sugar. (1.78oz)
150 ml whipping cream (2/3 cup)
15g cocoa. (0.5oz)
decorate with chocolate.

Ich habe es zu Weihnachten gemacht und es hat allen wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt.😍 Habe es heute auch nochmal mit Erdbeeren statt Himbeeren gemacht, bin gespannt wie es schmeckt. Danke für das tolle Rezept. 😊

My Swedish grandmother made something very similar an "ice box cake" with unsweetened whipped cream, currant jelly( it has to be a tart jelly) and Lorna Doone cookies(the cookies provide the cookies, they are a sweet shortbread cookie) Layer the ingredients in a 12x12 dish...... a little whipped cream on the bottom to hold the cookies in place, then a layer of cookies( the square cookies fit perfectly in this size dish), then spread a layer of jelly( whip the jelly with a fork in the jar to make it easy to spread) repeat the layers until the dish is full and did with whipped cream.You can put cookie crumbs on top if you wish. Put in refrigerator for a few hours until firm or overnight! Cake is very rich, so small pieces are recommended. Enjoy! God Bless!

Именно это печенье очень и очень деликатное, воздушное и лёгкое не знаю как ещё описать. Совсем не все печенья обладают такими свойствами и дадут желаемый результат.

Неплохо, но косточки малины в таком нежном десерте неприятно. А печенье можно обмакнуть в жидкость , а не возить по нему кисточкой, тогда лучше пропитается.

Vypadá moc dobře určitě to zkusím.
Одного часа для пропитки, это очень мало. Это даже видно на видео, что торт не пропитался. Надо ставить для пропитывания на ночь в холодильник.
