I would agree, except when you watch all those matches, Izzy was winning and got caught, and some would say robbed. All there fights were competitive, and the backstory makes it a great rivalry. When did Izzy deny another rematch? He had the balls to fight Alex 4 times! And I'm pretty sure there's no point in another rematch when Alex was the one who decided to move up to LHW... If Israel adesanya did not become middleweight champ, then there is no call-out of Alex to stop his drunken life and pursue MMA. There is no quickest double champ without both of them. And you do know that Izzy was winning every fight that they had until the ko. One may be better than the other, and maybe they do have to fight ten more times, but it’s still a great rivalry. 👍
