I am not sure family comes first for Chuck.. i used to work in a lab in Sun City, CA and i had to regularly draw his elderly mother's blood. She was in treatment and would come every 2 weeks to check her blood levels. She'd always talk with tears in her eyes about her son Chuck who lived in LA but she hasnt seen him in years. He was always 'busy', unavailable to her and despite his fortune..her mom lived in a very humble home so... I dont know what happened there. He's always been a very arrogant man.
