This attack didn’t actually. Lots of fighting took place on the 11th and was recorded as such.

The tragic fact is that the leaders of both sides decided to end the war on November 11, 1918 at 11:00 a.m. just because of the symbolism. The leaders agreed on a peace agreement at about 5:00 a.m. that same day. 2,738 troops died on the last day of war because of some shitty leaders who sat in a room miles away from the front. 2,738 men that never got to live the rest of their lives. Fuck war and the out of touch leaders who literally were apart of the shitty terms that Germany got which would be lead to world war 2 in 20 years.
