dude this game gets way better u haven't even beaten 1% of it yet! u get bigger tornadoes more storm power ups and more unique things to destroy so keep playing and you will see way more!
yes where it says F-0 at the bottom is a gauge and if you collect enough mini twisters which means destroying everything possible you will level up slowly. every level has an chance to do this once until the last one where it gets more powerful even though it is an F-5.
if you play the game farther your tornado can get even MORE DESTRUCTIVE than what you have because all you had that entire time was an F0 tornado, imagine what an F5 can do! so please do more of this
-Collect the smaller tornadoes to increase your strength. Collect enough to evolve. -Fire storms and hail storm bonuses increase your damage, water bonus will make you pick up water and dump it doing additional damage, and lightning bonuses will allow you to take down aircraft with ease. -Be aware for UFO bonuses in your area: UFOs will freeze your enemies in place, but for only a few moments. -Jet streams boost your tornado and help you reach far areas in short times, so let it cruise along them.

I would like to see it go up every once and a while. Have you other stuff go up normally but this would make my day every once and a while

yes it can it can go all the way up to F5 tornado with mini tornadoes going around it but you must destroy the required amount before it will level up
