Hi Jerry anybody near the Massachusetts area that can do what you do ….. i have done all sources Of treatment and I’m in denial to do any type of surgery for my pain . Thanks for Your time and videos .
Hi Jerry, I have been having pain on the medial side of my right sit bone (over the area of the obturator internus) for years now. Thought it was adductor Magnus initially but treatment for this went nowhere. I injured it doing a squat and had SI joint pain before doing the injury so believe it may be ligament damage. My SI joint on the right side hurts with palpitation. Do you think it is possible that my SI joint is referring pain down into that medial sit bone area, have you seen this before? Thanks!
Hi Jerry, I will reply here as saw your comment in my notifications but can't see it here for some reason. Yes more pain with sitting and also I have found getting up and sitting down repetitively. I went on holiday a year ago and did plenty of walking and it felt a lot better then. I will check that video out thanks. Also thought I should note no pain when palpating the hamstring insertion at the sit bone only more medially at the OI.
Hello, I have been dealing with supination, can’t seem to figure it out. It is taking a toll on me. Wanted to know if We can speak one on one and discuss things I can do to fix it. I am willing to pay.
@@JerryHeschInstitute Thanks. I'm using a rolled towel on the right side, and that seems to help, especially I noticed on my cervical (everytime I lay down on the bed, my upper cervical goes out of place), now when I get up, there is no issues with my cervical, so I am thinking there most be a connection.
Good afternoon Jerry, I've been dealing with what I think to be SI joint related pain for about 15 years. Do you know of any SI specialists in Canada? Specifically in British Columbia?
@@JerryHeschInstitute thanks very much Jerry, I'll be sure to reach out. In the meantime, are there any exercises or stretches that you'd recommend as "general" treatments or do you prefer to advise on a case by case basis?
Good night, Jerry. Do you have someone to recommend me in Brazil? I've had SI problems for 8 years since I felt a pull in the sacrum going to the left side. My buttocks are full of trigger points and my whole body is unresponsive. What could have happened? Thanks.
They address posture through exercise i treat posture through brief whole body micomotion testing and restoration which accesses a specific portion of the nervous system. Both approaches have merit depending od the individual’s unique presentation.
@@JerryHeschInstitute thanks. I think the right sided dominance via thicker right diaphragm attachment to lumbar and left cortical dominance is very interesting. I’ve been studying and doing pri techniques for years with no pain or postural relief of my right sided symptoms . PRI might be overly focused on the normal patterns and not enough on abnormal patterns due to injury. I think I may have malocclusion issues that caused forward head posture and subsequent issues down the spine such as , cervical nerve compression, thoracic rigidity and a right hip hike.

I have slight knock knees along with I've had 3 9lb babies. Came on after my first child. I ocassionally have pain with a step in my left hip. My pt who is certified (online) with your method says he thinks although my left hip is hypermobile, that once my knock knees are fixed and I strengthen, that I'll be better. I'm 4 mo into this now (I go every 2 weeks bc I have to travel 3 hours one way) but I'm getting so worn down by constantly strengthening all the things and being uncomfortable. Any tips? Should I continue? Is there a correlation between fixing knock knees and getting better with strengthening? Appreciate any reply.

Hello, do you have any suggestions for a turned thoracic?. It causes all kinds of issues.
Thank you ✌️
It requires a hands on evaluation in order to know if it is treatable
