Hey Kevin, which esc do you think it's best for xmaxx in regards to performance? Don't want it overheating to quick or stalling on me while driving over a lake like the stock one does.
I broke my stock bearings In the rear 2nd run. Fast Freddy bearings are the best..

Shoulda put a link for all these parts I am looking for 2 4 s battery’s that are strong but don’t cost arm n a leg I’m runing the traxxs 3 s 5000 mah 25c 11.1v but kills them in like one hour of that what should I get for long run time n lots of power that won’t break the bank Kevin ?

Alright Kev hows it going? Ive just brought a new X Maxx :), can't use it yet as im still waiting for my charger to come into stock but that cool! I was wondering if you know of possible accomodation near to ARC Raceway? I live 175 miles away from ARC, and would love to come over during better weather and have a bash! But driving there and back in a day is a tad much lol. I have some time to prep up my truck, so far ive upgraded the pins to the nut and bolt type and I think if I prioritize things I should get a indestructable body and a second set of 4S lipos :) Then maybe look onto other items such as the servo, RPM arms, rear hubs etc etc. If you think of anything else I should do to prepare myself for a day at ARC then please let me know! So far I have the Traxxas 6700mah 4S lipo batts, and I am awaiting the Traxxas 2973 t dual charger.

I have the Traxxas rustler 4 x 4 and I run Lipo 4000 is there any other battery I can use that will give it more power?
Max is 3s, but if you want to get more, you need to upgrade your ESC.
Do you think stainless steel skid plates would be usefull?

What's the rubber block that comes with the xmaxx for it came with the spare stuff. can't see it having to do with batterie tray
when you remove the wheely bar it goes in its place, look on the front

why do you ebay the original esc? I think it's solid with nice throttle control almost like a sensored esc it's quality com paired to there older esc's..
Seen a lot of failures so put in the maxx6 for reliability.

Just do pinion and spur if on a budget. You cant make them waterproof, not easily anyway, it'll need a full strup down everytime you put it in water
