Rhumba, I thought you wrote Roomba. I was going to start looking for a robot vacuum, but then I put my reading glasses on and realized I wasn't playing a Robot Vacuum. Ok, enough with the Jokes. Google spells it without the H as in Rumba and is a great Rhythm from 19th Century Cuba that can go with a lot of different styles. Not just the Blues you are demoing here. Even though most of the music is associated with the Afro-Cubans of the slums of Cuba, my Favorite type of Rumba or Rhumba music to listen to is Afro-Cuban Jazz which has the same rhythm just more of a Jazzy feel. I was still in Violin Classical Land at the time. ua-cam.com/video/sFkdZ6M2Fwc/v-deo.html 2) One of my favorites from the 1975 Recording. More Upbeat than your typical 12 Bar Blues but it follows that same formula. ua-cam.com/video/gFUecbDw3ys/v-deo.html 3) The Speaking over the music in this one is in French, but this is the antithesis of Jazz/Rhumba/rumba and Blues. Check out that upright Bass Line. ua-cam.com/video/uDVgOASoTn4/v-deo.html Great Video as always. You teach things well. If we don't get a chance before to chat, I'll see you for the comments in your next video or in your next Live Stream wherever it is. Cheers 😀
